We also loved the photos he had taken of our place--they highlighted all of the house's best features and made it look like a resort! Finally, Alex is one of the kindest, most honest people you will ever meet. He knows his stuff and works hard for you. We can't recommend him enough! I was at first skeptical to "mix business with pleasure" but i would not be disappointed. I've bought and sold 5 houses over the past 10 years and have never been more impressed with the level of professionalism, industry knowledge, and work ethic of JoAnn. She represented us for the sale of our house in Porter Ranch and the purchase of our home in Agoura Hills. I would recommend her to anyone and I would use her again. Real estate transactions can often be an emotional roller coaster ride and JoAnn was able to navigate though our concerns and still stay level headed and objective for us. I'm a bit of a "high maintenance" client. I have way too many questions, want to verify everything for myself, and need an agent I can reach nearly 24/7. JoAnn is highly knowledgeable with the real estate market as well as the buying and selling process. I felt completely comfortable with her guidance and had great discussions with her as we strategized our transactions. She is also a workaholic - always focusing on her clients and making sure they are well represented. If you are moving to or from the Conejo Valley (or even another area), JoAnn Kepler is a great resource to have by your side!

We were so lucky to have found the best in the business! My husband and I have worked with many realtors over the years and have never been truly happy with anyone we had worked with. Until now, that is. Julie is amazing at her job; she knows the market, she knows homes, she knows how to talk to people (empathic and at the same time representing our best interests as her client) and she is just overall a joy to work with. I actually looked forward to seeing homes and learned so much about them that I didn't know after all these years. I will be recommending her to all of my friends looking to buy or sell their home!

It is not just about the commission for her as she genuinely cares about the fairness to all concerned. I met Stefany almost 30 years ago when I bought my first house and I just recently used her again. This one was a more complicated process than most and Stefany brought peace and humor to what could have been a very stressful situation. I'm so grateful for her smile, expertise and dedication. Stefany is a joy to work with and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for more than just an trained agent. Thank you Stef!!!

She guided us on what was essential, what was not needed, and how best to update the property to make the home beautiful and enjoyable to live in; all with a watchful eye on cost and time. On top of her vast depth of knowledge, she is proactive, honest, and kind, and we feel incredibly fortunate to have had the opportunity to have worked with her on our property. We could have never done the work without her. I hope that if you are reading this review and are considering working with her, that you have the fortunate opportunity to partner with her in the future on your real estate needs.

My girlfriend and I started working with Amber in February of last year. This was a time of low…read moremortgage rates, so it was a very competitive time for buying and selling. From the great, to not so great houses that we looked at in a wide search that spanned from Thousand Oaks, East Simi Valley, and down into Camarillo. Amber worked diligently with us to find the best place for us to call home. It was thanks to her that I realized this wasn't a competition to win bidding wars, but to ultimately find a home. A place you see yourself spending holidays with friends and family, a place to come home to everyday. For 5 months, she worked closely with us and every week we were looking at new houses. Each one had something to take away and learn from. Working with her was awesome. She has so much knowledge and experience when it came to touring houses. I learned what to look for in houses from the roof to the foundation. Knowing these things are beneficial when it comes to negotiations and knowing what needs to be fixed down the line. She gave me honest opinions when evaluating places, which let me know when I was being too stubborn. She was very kind and courteous to us, but especially knew how to fight for us when it came to bidding. Because Southern California is so competitive for housing, it was a plus to have her in our corner. It was easy to talk with her as well, she was there when I had to vent my frustrations as a professional and a friend. We ultimately settled on a condo in Camarillo, and it was the best thing to happen to us. Going on almost a year now things have been great. I am very satisfied with our purchase all thanks to her patience and commitment to helping us out for those 5 months last year. My lady and I are very thankful for her helping us to achieve this very significant life goal, and I'm glad to still be in touch with her to this day. I look forward to working with her again when that time comes. Wade & Dianne

I did some research and landed on Diana and I feel so lucky that I did! She was amazingly responsive to all of my questions, helped me with my search, put aside a day and a half to tour homes with me when I took a trip out (one of the homes I saw that day I ended up buying!), and most importantly she navigated several failed offers with patience. There was never a time I told her I wanted to make an offer on a house that the contract was not done within a couple of hours for me to sign. There was literally no waiting around for a response from Diana. She is on it! Seriously, hire her as your realtor.

I had a very disappointing experience with this agent. Buying a home is a major financial decision,…read moreand I expected my agent to educate me about the process, help me evaluate potential issues, and most importantly, advocate for my interests as the buyer. Unfortunately, I did not feel that I received that level of support or care. Throughout the process of house hunting, I often felt that she was more focused on increasing the price range of the purchase than on helping me determine what was actually appropriate for my needs and budget. I felt that her personal preferences and opinions about what I should buy and what I could afford sometimes took priority over listening to what I actually wanted. More importantly, there were serious concerns during the transaction that I felt were not handled professionally. She seemed to impose her own preferences regarding the loan officer, the type of property, what she considered an appropriate price range, and what she believed I could or should afford, rather than my best interest. More importantly, during the transaction, there were concerns regarding mold and inconsistencies in the seller's representations. I expected my agent to help me investigate and understand the situation and make sure I was making an informed decision. Instead, I felt that she was more focused on defending the seller's position than helping me evaluate the situation. After the purchase was completed, we discovered mold in the property and other evidence that demonstrated that the sellers had misrepresented the condition of the property. I brought this evidence to her attention, but instead of taking my concerns seriously, she dismissed them and continued to defend the sellers. I was extremely disappointed by her response. What was particularly frustrating was that I had expected her to be my advocate just like any professional agent. Instead, I often felt that I had to do my own research, draw my own conclusions and figure out important issues or solutions on my own. Ultimately, I didn't feel that she was sufficiently objective, proactive, or reliable as a buyer's agent. I also did not feel that my interests were being prioritized. For me, trust and advocacy are essential qualities in a real estate agent. Unfortunately, I did not feel that I received either. Based on my experience, I would definitely choose a different agent if I were to purchase a home again. I hope that sharing my experience helps other buyers and sellers understand the importance of having a professional agent who will thoroughly educate them, listen to their concerns, and genuinely advocate for their interests throughout the transaction.
