Great place very clean. There are multiple cops on site watching the kids. The birthday party is definitely more beneficial during the week as you get more for your money. Very, very overpriced. We came on a friday for my son's birthday and paid the $39 per person for unlimited activities. Except half of the activities are closed, there was no one working the go-karts and when someone came a fight nearly broke out. My kids have been here an hour and are already bored. It's clearly very understaffed. No laser tag which was the one thing my kids were really looking forward to doing. Apparently it has to be booked in advance but there is absolutely zero mention of it anywhere at all. It says the unlimited pass includes laser tag, so to them have to book in advance is ridiculous. Attendant that was working the go karts kept stopping every two minutes for something different. The whole go kart part lasted over 30 minutes because of it. Half the games were out of order. We went on NYE last year and had a blast.. it's definitely not as good as it was then. read more

So yea I would say Malibu jacks is fun but Anthony and bambi NEEDS TO BE FIRED ASAP‼. Bambi and Anthony is the workers on go karts and we couldn't even ride cause they kept stopping the ride. Every 2 minutes they stopped the ride about a good 5-7 times. Anthony he will literally get on your nerves and ask stupid questions. Me and my sis was in line and he heard me say to my sis your paying for both of us and he looked at us and said are yall paying for each other? Like NAH we ain't! They need to be fired immediately. They clearly don't know how to do their job. Like Anthony said he couldn't let us out because "we couldn't be let out without an adult" what!!!!?!?? So you just gonna trap us in here cpd? But yes oh! Malibu Jacks is super fun and Casey was awesome! He was really helpful and made the visit even better. Definitely a great spot to hang out.

My daughter loves it there all of the games to play on. But we the adults love to eat their food. We ordered a pizza half cheese the other half surpreme with 2 orders of chicken wings and 2 baskets of fries everything was delicious just like all the other times we went. The place used to be booming with employees happy to help, attractions, great prizes, but now.. it's bad. There are only two attendants for all of the attractions, most of which were removed, huge lines, accidents on go karts, lame prizes, and overall just a lame place. Employees chitchatting instead of helping people who were CLEARLY very confused. Might come back, but not ANYTIME soon. read more

For some reason I want to call this place Panama Jacks, perhaps because having a Rum Runner whilst visiting would make it better? Anywho, it's my understanding this place has been open for less than a year. Yet, it functions as though it's been open for a lot longer. What do I mean? Broken, out of order, and understaffed. They reversed the "underpromise and overdeliver" mantra of customer service. They have a "bounce beach" and there is zero bounce. All the bounce houses have been deflated on the floor each time we've gone! Ironically, they have little flyers posted around the area from January promising a "makeover." Well, no glow-up was done. The go-carts are always a "not my monkey, not my circus" situation. There's always a problem, mechanically and just when you think it's solved...Ooo eee ooo ah ah ting tang walla walla bing bang!!! I feel bad for the employees, they want it to work too but something ain't right. Then I feel bad for me because it's $8 a pop and the track is small to boot. So, I have not experienced every aspect of Malibu Jack's but I imagine it's consistent across the board. Fun for a little while and then disappointing. We love this place! I have a 3 year old and 6 year old and there's so many activities for them to do. Their favorite part of the whole place is upstairs in the kids play zone. There are inflatables and play places. Kids have to be 10 and under which is perfect, so there aren't any big kids playing rough. Both times we have been here it hasn't been overly busy. It's also only $10 a kid! You can stay as long as you want and come and go as you please. Adults can pull up a chair and see the whole area. We've also done bowling and the arcade. Both were super fun. The bowling alley let's you choose bumpers for certain players and they also offer kids ball racks to help them push the ball down. I was going to give 5 stars, but a lot of the claw machine arcade games were empty of prizes, and some games were "offline" and not playable. We also saw an employee fast asleep outside of the bounce house. Overall though, highly recommend! read more

If I could give no star I would. They only have 2 people that are certified to work the rides so the 2 people have to take turns on what ride is operable meaning your waiting around for someone to service the ride you want to ride on. There's also no one servicing the desks I waited over 10 min at customer service and gave up. Tried the same at the bowling alley as well. It's not that they don't have the people because there is a lot of people walking around in staff tshirts that don't know any answers to any questions. THEN as the last ride before leaving was the go cart rides. Our experience was terrible. My daughter who is 10 and meets the height requirement it was her first time driving in anything like this. Out of the gate she ran into the wall. Turns out it was because she couldn't reach the peddles. They adjust her seat and start the ride again. Then a man crashes into her forcing her into the wall apparently that counts as her second crash and then they move her 2 inches away from the wall. There's no way for her to move without bumping the wall again as the steering radius doesn't allow her to do anything else(there is no reverse) . After that they take her out of the car and force her off the ride. They don't tell me anything as I'm on another car. They don't give her her purse. I pull over and ask what's going on and they tell me she crashed 3 times and that's it. So they left my child unaccompanied, no credit back nothing. 16 dollars for that ride between the two of us that neither of us could enjoy. Just a 10 year old in tears. We drove 2 hours to come here and will never return. Do not recommend to anyone looking for fun. If you like throwing money away and standing around waiting go ahead. read more

You can easily spend all day here! We had a great time but it was the staff that really impressed me! In particular the young man in the go cart area and the young man in the kids playground area. The staff was super friendly and frequently checked on our group. They even helped with special accommodations for a few of our guests who had car trouble on the road and couldn't make it until the next day. Wonderful fun experience! read more
