I do not say this lightly, Rupal is such an amazing coordinator.
She truly does go above and beyond for her clients. I have had the privilege to work with her for a wedding in ATL and she handled every hurdle with grace and maturity. Wedding planning is extremely time consuming and difficult, ESPECIALLY dealing with south Asian weddings. Indian weddings in general last about 5 days. Meaning more days/events to plan, a large guest party and of course the opinions of every aunty and uncle attending. That's not even taking into consideration every demand from the bride and groom. Although this specific wedding party was difficult to work with, immature, and at times ungrateful for her hard work, she still did everything she could
think of to make the couple happy because she knew this day was about them. Her personality is such that most all of her brides form a trusting relationship with her and depend on her completely with the best day of their lives. Working with her on that specific wedding, I encountered certain comments from the wedding party that made me want to quit and I was only present for the actual event! I can't imagine the entire wedding planning process with some of these clients. With that opinion in mind, I watched her run around until everyone was pleased and in the end, the bride and groom's personas changed dramatically and they thanked her profusely for her dedication to them. I feel as though most of the complaints she receives from clients are due to factors that are out of her hands. STILL she tries to help. I have witnessed her do tasks she wasn't paid for, getting almost no sleep the night before a wedding because something went wrong with decoration and she individually placed every tablecloth, flower arrangement, drive around town to pick up XYZ. I have seen her at her wits end, I have seen her cool as a cucumber, I have seen her through it all. She is amazing. You won't know until till you work with her, but believe me she is worth it. read more
