These place I can`t recommend and will not enter myself. Terrible service and disrespectful…read moreattitude for customers! I am lady with two young kids. These morning I arrived around 11 am, and being ask to wait until they will have a look at my car. I have Fiat stilo airbag failure, common problem for these cars. After 2 h I realised my car is still not even touched! Girl at the reception was sitting in front of me and playing on mobile phone, bunch of mechanics walking around like on a staff party happy shaking hands and seems it`s only me who felt it`s something wrong !? After my unhappy but polite notice they pull in my car in for a 5 min check up( I wonder what they can check for that time!?) I have been told its sensor problem! Really surprised me! As I drive fiat for more than 5 years I know it perfectly sure its sensor, hidden under the seat. If it takes them two hours to have a look at my car , how long it would take to fix it!? By that time my kids tired and hungry, I have no time to spend sitting in a cold shop. And offer to fix sensor for 600e was not really friendly as all atmosphere and even little add from the mechanic that I wont be able to pass my nct without repairing it!!!Great news! These is way to much for me, as it probably half of the cost of my car. Any ideas of a good mechanic for Italian cars around north Dublin would really appreciate?!?

This place is amazing. It has amazing customer service from handling emails and talking directly to…read moreyou in person. There prices are also amazing (-ly high). Beware, this place is for rich people and companies. This is the last place to look for parts. Highly discourage to bring your car for repairs or diagnostics, if you are mid-class working person. Joe Duffy's bill will bang your wallet in a three-way manner. You must understand what genuine dealers are and come here only when you have no other options or you suffer from money overflow in your bank account :-) I've ordered few times few parts for my Be-eM-Trouble-you and every time I was very satisfied with prices for those parts. They always send you a text message to notify about your order being ready to collect. They might even send small package to you without any shipping cost, which is brilliant IMHO. One little downside would be waiting time at the parts counter. As it takes some time to get the right part that needs to be ordered. So, be patient, if some one is in front of you.

I advised my parents to deal with Bradys as I heard wonderful things about their service and aftercare service!! My parents bought a car from them in the end and they were delighted with the treatment they received! Sadly during the first week of driving the car so twat backed into the parked car and broke the back light :( My parents were upset however I got onto Bradys and they had the problem sorted in a jiffy! I would highly recommend dealing with Bradys (I dealt with the Merc division of the company)

He just fobbed us off to the guy in after sales service "not" and it cost us €150 to get the car back to them. After a few days we got the car back and heard a load of bull dust on what they did to the car to fix it. Car broke down again same problem another €150 to get it back to them. I am no mechanic but I got to the bottom of the problem and sorted it myself, could go and work for them but I will never recommend anybody ever again after I send them about four guaranteed sales their way. STAY AWAY FROM THIS GARAGE!!!

So watch out for sales Spiel here. Secondly, the car we looked at was overdue a timing belt by 12000 miles. The salesman here would have been happy to sell this car, with a timing belt overdue, undone ,and not even informing the purchaser of this fact. The purchaser could have been, like my own daughter, a public servant, earning early 30's, with two young children and a husband on low wages. She could have bought this car, been driving on a holiday in Donegal, the timing belt snapping and the engine destroyed. Not very impressed with this garage. The ad also said it was an Irish car - a quick check proved it to be an import. SIMI obviously has no controlling standards, on this garage anyway. I would say be very careful buying anything here and look into the nitty gritty details. Incidentally, we bought a car with 3 less owners, the same mileage, much better condition, especially the paint work, and not an import, for 2,000 less. Personally, I would not go back, not even to buy an electric kettle.

Unfortunately, my ignorance is obvious to everyone, especially trained mechanics, who could rob me blind with the flimsiest excuse. But Yomac hasn't. My first visit here today, for a service, was a refreshing change from that! Also, the service revealed that new brake pads were required. They immediately ordered the pads , before calling me to say they recommended replacing the pads, then after getting the go ahead, they were fitted on the same day. Highly recommended if, like me, you're driving above your means!
