In my experience, this is a very dishonest outfit. I bought tickets for me and my family to visit the Alhambra at 12 p.m. on June 28. We were taking the first train from Malaga to Granada for the tour arriving at 10:45 a.m. in Granada. The day before the tour was to take place, they sent me an email saying that the 12 p.m. tour had been cancelled because of sever heat (The high for the day in Granada was 74F so this was not true!) and I was put on the 10:30 a.m. tour. I told them that my train did not get in until 10:45 a.m. and would then have to take a taxi to the Alhambra and they responded that I should take an earlier train. I pointed out that this was the first train from Malaga to Granada. They said "too bad, you should have come the night before". I asked them if I would be getting a refund and they said "No!". They said the tickets would be printed for our pickup when we got there, but it was useless since entry into each section of the Alhambra is very closely time managed as to when you can enter. In my opinion they are crooked. read more
