Delicious steaks that are sourced locally from Donald Russell, a reviewed Scottish meat purveyor. I had a wonderful meal with great ambiance and even a nice meat locker with no-nonesense map of meat of a cow, which gave me an idea of where a particular steak comes from. The design seemed to be a modern hunting lodge with all the comforts of the city such as gas fireplaces. I even spied a private room, which had a see-through view of the kitchen. They cooked the steaks in plain view and they looked scrumptious. The big steaks were pricey at 85 pounds but they had more economical option and it was just as delicious albeit not as mouth-watering. The service was excellent and they were accommodating and knowledgeable. I would love to come back here again and try the bigger steaks. For dessert, I had a rich chocolate tart that was simple but densely delicious. Perfect end to a great meal. read more
