Terrible attorney should have a snake on his sign. My paperwork sat on his desk for 27 days and he never submitted one piece of paper on my behalf. I have him voice recorded saying he would and I also suggest you record every interaction you have with this man.
Lazy is putting it nicely. Spend the money on someone else because if you hire this clown you will just be paying in court cost and fees anyway he's just not worth it. If you get him court appointed beg for someone else as you will definitely get jail time. I had no record and got more time, fines and fees than someone with a previous record under mr.
