What I love most is how honest she is--if a particular hair color or style isn't achievable, she'll tell you upfront, which I really appreciate. Even if you're in the chair for 6 or 7 hours, it honestly feels like just a couple of hours because her personality is so warm and engaging. When I tried calling to get directions she didn't answer the phone. Once I arrived she said she has a bad cell signal inside. Maritza was nice enough but proceeded to tell me how she loses money on her Groupon deals. It felt as though she was guilting me to give her a big tip. I had a haircut in mind (modified pixie). I even had pictures to demonstrate the cut. She ended up giving me a basic bob. When I asked her to go shorter in back she proceeded to tell me she could go much higher. Wrong! I've had it done before. She didn't seem to skilled in modern cuts. As she was finishing up with me another client walked in. She asked that she wait in the hall and pretty much rushed me out.
