AMAZING TALENT, BEAUTIFUL SOUL!…read more There are no words to explain how amazing and wonderful it was to have Christina there with me on my wedding day this September. I have never looked, or felt, more beautiful in my entire life! Every member of my family has a different makeup style and preference, and she managed to make each and every one of us look like the best version of ourselves; her impeccable talent let our inner beauty shine through. From making the trip all the way upstate and arriving at literally the crack of dawn, to exhibiting patience and warmth while doing all of my family members' makeup, to wiping my tears after our first look, to sharing your honesty in the most pleasant and understanding way, to staying with us for hugs and one last touchup after the ceremony, Christina kept us all looking perfect and feeling great the entire day! In addition to being a true professional, Christina has an amazing spirit about her that brightens people's lives everywhere she goes. Working with Christina was a dream come true, and I couldn't have imagined having anyone else with me on this very special day.

Christina is amazing! I had a trial with her in September and she did my wedding makeup (and my…read morebridesmaids) in February. When she showed up at my apartment in September, armed with 2 cases of makeup, she knew exactly what I wanted when all that I said was that I wanted to "look like me, but polished." She is the only person to ever do my makeup and get that - my freckles weren't hidden. She used natural colors and I loved it. Truth be told, I was nervous having my trial 4.5 months in advance. I took pictures of myself from all angles just in case. Well, my wedding day came and Christina, bless her, showed up at my hotel room at 6AM. In Brooklyn. The weekend of the blizzard. She got started with my bridesmaids and made them look gorgeous. They still can't stop talking about how great her work was. When she did my face, I didn't have to reference my pictures at all. She remembered how I wanted to look. She did an amazing job with my face. The edges were seamless so I had no "makeup mask" going on. My freckles show up in my pictures. She even used my own lip color (in fact, she even gave one of my bridesmaids the lipstick she had used on her). My face looked great all day long. Even when we ended the afterparty at 10pm. I cannot recommend Christina enough. If I ever need makeup done again, I will be sure to give her a call.

Both kindly turned down the offer of coffee and food because they were ready to get to work. Now, i had a twin room to get ready in, which didn't really allow for a lot of space for 5 girls + myself to get ready in, but these rockstars made do and reassured me they worked with less. They carefully listened to every girl's hair style and based on their hair type/weight and color, made suggestions on adjustments. Each bridesmaid was happy with their hair and doubly happy when everything was finished. Now, while the bridemaids were getting ready, i was fussing over a million things until they made me lay down and put on a mask. ha. My hair and makeup came out beautifully. I felt like i still looked myself (very important to me) and my hair style was intricate and beautiful. They also added a handmade comb i wanted to include, without a problem. They also gave me very specific instructions when putting on the lashes (i'm a makeup noob), and everything went well! They were great company, fantastic at their job and I looked great for the ENTIRE DAY and NIGHT. I mean I had to stand outside in the snow storm twice. TWICE. And then went to dancing and 2 additional outfit changes. My hair and makeup looked amazing even at the end of the night. Thank you!

I sent Jennifer a picture of what I envisioned along with pictures of the venue, my dress, bridesmaid dresses, and invitation to give her a feel of the wedding. I wanted a natural look with a red lip. From the moment I opened the door, I knew she would add to the calm I was trying to create for my day. The trial was like catching up with a friend. She was extremely friendly and we just talked while she worked. She took the picture I brought and altered it to compliment my features. She nailed it on the first try. She was easy to get a hold of on the time between then and the wedding and accommodating as we kept changing who was getting their makeup done. She was early the day of and flexible with the order as we weren't exactly on top of who was in what order to get hair and makeup done. It was an added bonus that she liked my playlist and was singing along. Everyone's makeup looked amazing and she finished with time to spare. My makeup looked as good at the end of the night as the beginning. With the lashes package, you get one of her Almond Cosmetics color lip gloss that I used as a refresher during the night.
