A stylist here previously told me that there is ONLY ONE PERSON at this location who can do a good updo and to make sure to request that person-she said that "they are lying to you" if they say any other stylist can do a good updo here. I only come here because I don't know of another salon that offers convenient blowouts-if anyone has suggestions, please let me know! It feels wrong to be in establishment that only offers styling services and blowouts-get apparently their own stylist don't think they do a good job on updo styles and now they also blindside you with $30 additional fees for them taking longer to do the appointment which you have booked. (They also don't tell you they are taking longer nor do they tell you about this fee prior to your apt) For the record, I do not have very long hair, nor is my hair thick, particularly curly, and nor do I have extensions. The stylists here are very nice, I just always feel underwhelmed & ripped off leaving here. Also the chairs are horribly uncomfortable & the salon itself is begging for a refresh.

Frustrating and unprofessional experience…read more I messaged the salon to ask for a recommended stylist for my particular concern, but when I didn't hear back, I went ahead and booked a consultation with a credit card with one of the names available. I got a text and email confirmation. The next day I received a text stating the time I selected (from their calendar, mind you) wasn't available. And asking what I was looking for so they could recommend a stylist, which I'd asked for in the first place! I expressed my concerns and texted photos of my hair. The person replied that I'd be heading directly from a stylist, and that they'd cancel the consultation I booked. No stylist has reached out, so it seems they have enough business that they don't need mine.
