One hires an inspector to tell you about a property, not to tell you he inspected it. His report was vague and devoid of any real information. SAVE YOUR MONEY!

The purpose of hiring a home inspector is that you want them to be able to spot what the average…read moreperson doesn't notice. You trust them to check everything. Given all the surprises I've found since moving in, I cannot recommend Audie Greenwood as a home inspector. Examples include one of my baseboard heaters setting off the smoke detector as soon as it was turned on, dripping faucets for the bathtub and kitchen sink, and an electrical outlet which does not work (despite Audie assuring me that he tested every electrical outlet), among other issues. I did email Audie about my concerns shortly after moving in; my email was ignored. Now I'm left to fix these problems on my own. I will give credit to Audie for the problems he did find - 3 in total. However, 2 of these problems were easy to find on my own; the one that Audie spotted was a dirty ceiling fan. All together, I recommend going with another home inspector who is more careful with their inspections.
