The eyelash application area is set up in her living room with a nice comfy headrest...During the application you can either chat with Rhena (who is fun, bubbly and great to talk with!) or listen to a wide variety of podcasts. The time flew by and it was easy as can be. The final product was exactly what I wanted, Rhena had clearly listened to what I was asking for before I started. Most importantly, I was given a thorough consultation, expert colour and cut, friendly, efficient and welcoming service at not an outrageous price. Their price list is clear, they have a loyalty card and lots of coupons and discounts. My only, only, thing is that Redken products are old-school, and, owned by L'Oreal, they still test on animals. A pixie with bangs. I asked for basically a trim. As you can probably guess, what I got was far from what I asked for. My hair now resembles a (badly done) mans haircut. I ended up seeing Meghan, shes a newer stylist but was very pleasant and knowledgeable. I have to say--she did an amazing job!! I was really worried about loosing a lot of length despite knowing a lot had to go to make it healthy again. She managed to trim off just enough, but still left it at a perfect length.
