Timothy and his helper installed 2 kitchen cabinets and he custom-cut butcher block countertops, repaired and installed a back yard gate. He also installed all the hardware and custom-fit a bedroom door and installed a handle on our gas heater unit. He took time to explain what he did, which we appreciated. His rates are very reasonable and he cleaned up everything when he finished. I plan to have them come back to work on our carport and complete some other small repairs.

It is quiet and efficient. But within 7 days, water is running off my roof from the swamp cooler. They said they'd come out, but they'll charge me for the visit. We've used Lewis before with good results, but recently calls have been handled by less than able…read moreemployees. Most recently a simple request to connect a swamp cooler resulted in a $530 bill after the plumber(?) broke the shut of valve and didn't have tools to fix it (the same employee had handled a previous call where he had to back to get tools). According to him, the valve just broke when he touched it. He proceeded to charge for his time sitting around while waiting for a part, then bragged about what an incredible job he did He even took the time to measure all of the filters and belts (none of which were being replaced), and cleaned out any spiders that may have been in the cooler!?). He was condescending, blamed us for any issues, and even called me a liar. He padded his bill by lounging around and performing unnecessary tasks. Sadly, his supervisor basically said the employee is always right, but they'd talk to him about not directly calling customers liars, and the solution is can't we just get along. So what should have been a quick job, ended up as an hours-long ordeal with high expense and a water damaged garage. Unfortunately it appears that this level of service has been deemed acceptable by the company, so will likely be the norm in the future, so it is time for our families to find a company that takes more pride in the work not only of the owners, but the employees they oversee.

He came over right away to assess the issue. He figured out the problem and ordered the correct part. The very next day my hot water heater went out so I reached out to him again and as before he came right over and checked out the problem and ordered me a new unit. When both my a/c part and my new hot water heater arrived he came over and addressed both issues. He was very knowledgeable about his craft. He answered all my questions and was very caring and compassionate. I now have my a/c working great again and my hot water has never been better thanks to Logan. I would definitely HIGHLY recommend him to anyone needing a contractor, handyman or any other such service. I appreciate him very much!
