This is one of those places that makes you realise that things that you were taught in primary school aren't necessarily true - this is a rain forest located in Southern Victoria, and I must say that it is nothing short of awesome, especially since you don't have to worry about mosquitoes giving you malaria, or being drenched in sweat due to the sub-tropical heat (though it does get quite hot in Victoria, but if you've been to Thailand you know what I mean). Okay, it is a fairly short walk, it will only take you about half-an-hour (fifteen minutes if you run, but seriously, who really wants to run around these places - unless of course you like running through rainforests, then run all you like). There is only one probably with this place - no toilets - so if you are busting for a leak you really have to step off the path, but there aren't that many bushes around, which means everybody sees you (and the park rangers don't really like you stepping off the path either, so maybe going for a run is probably not the best idea). read more
