The WORST CLIENT EXPERIENCE EVER! DON'T recommend and won't buy from them again!
I passed an order in the shop mid August '19. Agreed delving date for 3rd September. On the third nothing happens. I spend hours calling them and the logistics company to find out what happens. It turns out there was a mismatch in the systems ( logistics had 8 items, Maison du monde 9). They didn't talk to each other before I call to ask what's happening. After many calls I try to make a complaint but they don't have such a service so I am forced to agree with delivery with a potential missing item, they confirm next delivery date in 2 weeks time. The furniture arrives and I have only half of the couch!!!! Logistics promised to find a solution. Nothing for 4 working days. Again I call and spend my time with them to find out that next delivery date is after 14th of November!!! 3 months later! After few days I decided to go for another couch so I try to call again(waiting time guaranteed!) and cancel. I can cancel but I cannot get refunded because I agreed with their dirty T&C and they offer me a voucher instead. The only chance I have is if the shop agrees to pay me back. Process still ongoing at the moment.
I won't ever buy from them, I don't want their shit voucher and don't recommend this shop to anyone not even worse enemies!!! read more
