Located in a…read morebeautiful German burg, Brauerei-Gasthof Schwarzer Adler is a typical German inn, serving delicious food, but even better hospitality and warmth. The tables are semi-communal tables (as is customary) in a lovely rustic, minimalistic setting. The menu has only a few of seasonal dishes and German classics like different kinds of Schinitzels, Kartoffelsalads, and other regional delicacies. The local beer was excellent, too. But the piece de resistance was the incredible fried apple desert! Everyone was so nice even though we came in late and stayed a little bit after they had closed. Highly recommended!
