As a women I sometimes feel nervous seeing a mechanic by myself because I don't know what they're talking about. One time I went there in tears and he was kind and helpful, he didn't take advantage of my confusion and fear. I've never felt that I was being taken advantage or that I was paying too much money. I am happy to make this my first Yelp review as they have always been so kind to me over the years.

I have no worries about leaving my cars with them as their skills and service have always been exceptional. The cars get serviced for what they need, with a mindful note of what I might need in the future. Friends of mine have had dealerships charge exorbitant fees for work, while the Atkin's team will apply common sense and get me back on the road for a lot less. Superior service with better pricing. The only problem with Atkins Auto is that they are busy. Good Mechanics are hard to find, and they will always be busy too. I've been using Atkins Auto for 15 years now!

He kept me informed about the cost, communicated clearly throughout the entire process, and did excellent work. He was polite, mannerly, professional, and an absolute pleasure to deal with. When Brandon told me he was finished, I said, "Okay, let me go turn on the car." I walked around the corner and reached for the car door, only to realize that it was already running. I honestly could not believe how quiet it was! No more sounding like a tank rumbling down the road. I truly cannot say enough good things about this young man. He arrived quickly, figured out the problem, completed the repair, and made the entire experience easy and stress free. Brandon will certainly be on my speed dial from now on. I am very happy to recommend him to my family, friends, neighbours, and real estate clients. It is such a relief to know I now have someone reliable and trustworthy to call when my car needs help. Thank you, Brandon!

Spoke to Greg and booked the appointment same day. Dropped off the car didn't expect much except for what needs to be done. Mind you I am very particular with my cars so I'll know if they have done a good job or not. When I picked up the car, Greg actually told me they have done more than what I've asked for as there were more needed, but billed me the same price and he put down what else are having deficiencies so I'm aware of what may come next. Overall, super friendly, know what they do and don't scam people. I wish there are more mechanics like them!
