Instead, I left with orange, severely over-processed hair that looked nothing like what I requested. I returned the same day because I was extremely unhappy with the results. Rather than offering a refund, I was told the only option was to dye my hair back to the color I originally walked in with, even though my hair was now damaged from the service. To make matters worse, after spending my entire day in the salon, the manager left me with wet, damaged hair and essentially rushed me out the door. I was told I should "get used to the color" and that "nobody pays me enough for my time." That is completely unacceptable customer service, especially after a color service that went so wrong. I've had balayage done before and know what the process and results should look like. This was by far the worst color experience I've ever had. The atmosphere was also unprofessional, with management openly discussing employees and workplace issues in front of customers. I paid for a service that damaged my hair and failed to deliver anything close to what I requested. Save your money and go somewhere that values both its customers and the quality of its work.
