Kayla cut my daughter's hair with the chair turned away from the mirror - by the time she spun my daughter around to face the mirror it was too late to stop the train wreck. Two completely different lengths of hair, very far apart, and not a layer in sight. Also, of the 10 or so people working here, only one had a mask on. This is unsafe and disrespectful to your customers in the middle of a pandemic.

Since when I arrived at 6:50pm the doors were locked and I believe the girl inside yelled "We are closed," although closing time on the door says 7:00pm. I'm not the type of person who expects a haircut to be done in 10 minutes, but she could of at least asked if I wanted to schedule for tomorrow or see what I needed. She didn't even answer the phone when I called, I just wanted to know the price for a little boy's haircut. During the 10 minutes she had she could of made more appointments for up coming days/weeks and answered questions like mine, but by doing what she did she's just losing business and customers.
