One of the best parks in town! I would say for the amount of people when busy the splash pad is a little small.

I love that there is a gated/fenced toddler and preschool area with benches that is near the 'big…read morekid' playground! Be sure to bring sunblock because unfortunately the toddler area is in the sun whereas the older kid area has lots of shaded areas. If you get hot, the water park is nearby. There needs to be a couple extra trash cans dispersed throughout the area. There are adult exercise apparatus near one of the parking lots. Enjoy watching as your littles play the musical instruments or as they pick ent size of slide they prefer.

According to the city's website, Lebanon Memorial Park is Lebanon's first all-inclusive park. What…read moredoes that mean? It means that the playground was designed for children of all abilities, so there's something for most everyone. Much of the playground equipment can be accessed by wheelchair users and children with limited mobility. There's also an inclusive swing set with harnesses, a ground-level merry-go-round with an adult push handle, and wheelchair-accessible playground structure with ramps. Not all of the playground is equally accessible, but the newer parts are. Some of the other features of the playground include a geometric rope climbing structure, slides (including tube slides), and swings (toddler swings and a tire swing). Parents with young children will appreciate that there is a fenced playground here! Those are hard to find. This helps contain kids who like to run off, and keeps them within their adult's eyesight. The playground also has exercise equipment near the playground, including an elliptical and rowing machine. Seashore Waterpark is located in Memorial Park, and it is open seasonally -- typically from Memorial Day through Labor Day. The waterpark has a zero-depth entry, and pools that go to 3 feet deep, plus water slides, an oversized bucket that spills out, a lazy river, a water walk and a wave pool. There's a little cabin on the park grounds, which is a space you can rent out for parties and such. The cabin has a full functioning bathroom, refrigerator and two fireplaces. There are also six picnic tables inside the cabin, as well as four tables outside of the cabin. Other things you'll find at Memorial Park are picnic shelters, a pavilion, pickleball courts, basketball courts, baseball field and volleyball courts. There is a lot of fun at this little park.

It is managed by the Zionsville Lions Club and looks like a park that keeps adding on. It has three playground areas. The playground area in the back of the park is the newest. It is geared towards younger kids and has a bank of swings, a small mock store and a small jungle gym with a tiny slide. It is lined with a rubbery surface and is mud free. The two up front are more traditional. One side you will find a small, but newer jungle gym with 2 slides, a larger jungle gym with 2 slides, 3 see-saws, a curved balance beams, a couple of sit and spins, a tire swing, a special needs and toddle swing, a dino-monkey bar set, and a pebble bridge. Across from this area is where you will find the third playground area which has a bank of traditional swings, an awesome saucer merry-go-round, a little house, a large jungle gym, and two see-saws. You will also see a little rocker animal and a small dino-monkey bar set over there too. Both of those playground areas are lined with wood chips and they have picnic tables placed along their perimeters. The park has 9 awesome baseball fields two lighted full basketball courts (different sizes though for some reason) and two lighted tennis courts and a pickle ball court. The courts are well maintained and look great. The park offers some scenic walking/jogging along its running trail and has a picturesque gazebo as its center piece. I saw one picnic shelter there, near the creek, that can be rented and a bathroom facility near the traditional playground areas. There is also a sand volleyball court along the creek by the shelter. The 1.1 mile Eagle Creek Walk runs through this park and the park has its own paved pathway that connects to it. The park has been known to host the city's EGGnormous Egg Hunt on the Saturday before Easter, the 4th of July Fireworks, the Sunday Concert Series in July, and the Pumpkins & Hayrides event. This park is actually one that you would drive to come to. It has a lot to offer and has something for everyone. Dogs are welcome, but have to remain on a leash. It is a gorgeous park with the gazebo, bridges and running along Eagle Creek. They have a large parking lot and every amenity that a park can have. This is definitely worth checking out.

Their mission statement from their website describes the farm as a place "that promotes and enhances children's and adult's health and wellness by providing a self-sufficient, multi-faceted community resource that offers event space; education and exercise programs on nutrition, fitness, and agriculture; a fully sustainable market garden for farm-to-table sales; and seasonal on-site produce stand." Yes! This place is awesome, and you need to check it out. Basically, you can come and visit when you want. You can run on the track, play tennis, play frolf (frisbee golf), walk around the grounds, play in the playhouse (if you have kids) or just come and enjoy the 20+ acres of land. All of this is for free, mind you: Fitness Farm is open to the public. This place is so great that it literally makes me want to cry. They also have yoga classes, as well as other classes pertaining to living a better life, such as cooking classes that teach you how to cook seasonally, mindfulness classes, classes that teach you about nutrition, photography and flower arranging, and lots of others. Check out their website to find out when they are offering classes. Fitness Farm is an urban farm (it's a real working farm!), and they have a CSA in the warmer months. They also have animals that you can visit year-round. We saw two huge pigs and lots of chickens and a rooster. I am in love with this place! It's so great that Fitness Farm exists, and I can't wait to come back and explore it some more.
