Mandy said they could not deliver to the town/funeral home where the flowers were needed for TODAY. What in the world is wrong with their system that the website didn't tell me that when I ordered the flowers? She said the system couldn't do that. What? When I order a pizza - or anything online - it asks for my zip code and lets me know if the item can be delivered or not. HORRIBLE!!!

My Son sent me flowers while I was back at home caring for my father who was end of life. I…read morereceived the flowers via delivery on a Monday afternoon...as you can see from the pictures they looked AWFUL by the next morning. I stopped to inform the shop owners as I was running a few errands (time away from my father with Hospice already present and because of his delicate condition was minimal) for my mother...with the same pictures...I presented to the owner and she suggested I GO BACK TO THE HOUSE AND RETURN THEM!! I asked her, "why, will you be needing them to reuse them?" She stated, "NO, I need to see them!" Again, I presented MANY pictures which I believe are pretty self explanatory...she was neither apologetic, sympathetic, or offered to have her delivery person pick the flowers up!! I said, "Thank you Ma'am, have a good day!"...I KNOW my son spent a great deal of money for these flowers and I certainly didn't have the heart to tell him that he wasted his money on COUNTRY CUPBOARD FLORAL FLOWERS! Please decide for yourself if this is an option you prefer, however the $4.97 bouquet I purchased for my mother off the shelf from Walmart 6 days prior out lived this arrangement by 7 days! I will try and upload the pictures on Yelp. A Yankton Native.
