Scheduled 3 appts and 2 appts have been switched around WITHOUT MY APPROVAL! My 1st appt was for a…read morecleaning, it was rescheduled without my knowledge I received a call 3 days before informing me. When I arrived the cleaning turned into "we will start the cleaning next time we see you we will do cavity fill in first" I repeatedly complained about wanting the cleaning due to that being what my appt was for and due to the fact that I was expecting a cleaning they still did the cavity fill in . 2nd appt was a cleaning Finally. I received a phone for a reminder about an upcoming appt. I called back and my appt was moved ahead of the original appt date again! Without my knowledge. I have attended those appts on the convenience of Braden River Dental. I won't be in town to make this most recent Appt and they can't put me in another spot until March? This place reschedules when they want whenever they want and when I try to reschedule a opening isn't available for 4 months? This is WRONG! Why did they reschedule me 2 times before without my knowledge? Cares for themselves and not the people who makes there business I suppose. Be cautious and be sure to ask if they HAVE THE TIME FOR YOU! They didn't for me! Thanks!

Went in for a crown after a root canal. He ground my tooth for an hour and put a temporary crown in…read morewhich fell off after 2 days. I went back he put another temporary crown in which fell off after 4 days (progress!) I went back to have the permanent crown put in. He installed the permanent crown which fell off after 2 HOURS. I called right away, they didn't answer and I left a voicemail saying I would be in the next day to have it fixed, they called the next morning and said they closed early and I would have to wait until the following day. I would consider that a dental emergency, but I guess they didn't. On my next visit he proceeded to grind my tooth further without Novocaine and install the crown. I told him it didn't feel right and he said "what do you mean" I said I had a lot of discomfort and the tooth didn't feel like it was seated correctly. I got up and left pretty agitated. I had to go to another dentist to have it repaired properly. Then he sends a letter saying I should find another dentist (thanks for the laugh). I would rather perform dentistry on myself before ever going to this guy again.

I moved to Myakka city and still make the drive here because the other dentist I tried were closer but both did a terrible job that Dr. Hansill had to fix. Prices used to be much lower than others but they are under new management and have raised their prices to the normal. The office could use some upgrades but I don't go to the dentist to remodel. I go to get my teeth fixed and they do an amazing job at that. I got three gold caps that fit perfectly. My two front teeth cracked and broke off and she made them look great. My Reeses peanut butter habit is in good hands here with her cavity filling skills!

These ladies from Dr Gangi to her assistants were wonderful. I barely felt the numbing process. They constantly kept my clothes from being soiled and made sure my mouth was drained of excess water and liquids from cleaning processes. They explained every move. The soft playing video music was relaxing and kept me calm. These guys are superb. I will be a pati there for a long time. THANK YOU guys. You are number one in my book. Best of all it's always so clean and comfortable while waiting. the wait time is never more than 15 minutes past my scheduled appointment, which is great to give me time to relax before service.
