She's cheaper and such a chipper lady…read more My clothes at Swiss Cleaners turned out ok but that brunette lady who looks like Wendy from The Shining is incredibly off putting. I've never been to Swiss Cleaners before but I worked in the service industry for years so I always enter a business with a smile and cheery tone. I did my best to overlook her attitude(it was 8am, I completely get not being a morning person). The next day I returned to drop off more clothes and she was still absolutely awful. I tried coming later in the day to pick up my first order and cancel my last order and the blonde lady was just as off putting. I understand being tired, I don't understand inadequate customer service...

He gives me a deal because I bring all of my laundry there. They do all of my laundry on delicate like I asked. And they fold my clothes neatly and hang dress stuff (and even some work-out wear) on hangers. I can't speak to the do-it-yourself washer/dryers (or the decor--really, who cares?), but I can speak to the work ethic and friendliness of the people here. I hope you won't let the other two reviews keep you from trying this place.

After several calls and tracking the owner down by finding out he has another dry cleaners in Auburn (with the same name) . Even one of his employees said I shouldn't have brought my pants to them. She was dropping F bombs while talking to me, and was just all-around extremely unprofessional. When I went to pick it up, she couldn't find it (ticket numbers weren't matching up) and I had to physically go in the back room and sort through the pile of comforters that were all laying around to find mine. It was stuffed into a plastic bag, so while they were successful in removing the stain, it was completely wrinkled and smelled terribly of chemicals, to the point where I had to air it out before I could put it back on my bed. A few days after I picked it up I got a call from the owner asking me if I had in fact picked it up because they were having some trouble matching ticket numbers... Gee, I wonder why? I do not recommend this place at all--if I could give it zero stars I would.
