We had to wash almost every single one and only ended up having time to wash the front part of them because they were so dirty. It just seemed like they could be hosing these things down between customers. However, their tents were solid and didn't leak, and they are a super nice family owned business. I highly recommend them! Just plan ahead for potential cleaning!

The tiered bar had pretty fabric that came with all the clips needed to assemble the fabric onto the bar. I love that they have a showroom you can visit to see everything in person before you order it. They coordinated with my event venue so I would know when everything was being dropped off and picked up. They also let me (for a reasonable fee) have early drop off a few days before my event so I could make sure it was set up how I hoped. I also found them to be more affordable than a lot of other local rental companies. The boys on the truck who dropped off our table and chairs (on June 29th 2019) were very nice and helpful. For this party, we ended up needing delivery out to Cheektowaga, which the previous company would not do. I did a quick search and found Big City and we quickly got in contact with them because they delivered. She set up our ceremony room and reception room. We had so many compliments of how gorgeous everything looked. When I wanted into the reception room I was overwhelmed. I couldn't believe how beautiful it looked. Some people don't care my about décor, but I do and I knew that it would make or break my wedding.
