(Anthony is great too, btw!) For reference- I drive from Seal Beach cuz I trust and love this place so much! They are honest and show you all their work. They always show me exactly what the problem is before fixing it, and make recommendations (with prices) and how urgent the work is or isn't. They do my oil changes at an unprecedented speed and even my brand new tires were done quite fast. I have a Subaru and they've never had a problem with my parts. The only thing I had to order were my tires (I use special S&Ms)... and they only needed one day. I have referred others that have Toyota and Kia, and they have no complaints. The prices are more than fair.. sometimes I feel like maybe I'm robbing them!! My neighbor that I referred was quoted engine work at other places for well over $1000... she got it done with BC for less than $700 and it was done in a few hours versus all day. These guys never cease to amaze me! They're stuck with me now!

The nearest exit dumped me in one of those south O.C. neighborhoods where there's nothing but apartment community mega-plexes for blocks and blocks -- i.e., no gas station for at least 5 miles and no mechanic for at least 10. I first called AAA, only to find out that my 25-year membership was cancelled in error less than 2 weeks ago (WTF), and there would be a $150 penalty for using it within 24 hours of reinstatement (double WTF). Reached out to five different mobile mechanics; two of them got back to me, and luckily, Johnny was one of them. He responded right away with a fair quote and met me within the hour. Assessed the damage to the plate ('twas cooked, RIP ), removed it in less than 5 minutes, and sent me on my way. He even texted me links to some good deals on a new plate. Danny was about to go to lunch but waited for me. He not only checked my windshield washer pump and system, he diagnosed it with a separate power source and determined that the pump for the front and back washer were still working (!) but they just were not getting power. He said to go to an electrical place where they can follow the wires to get it back online. He was SO helpful even though it was not something he covers (because my car was so old the parts and wire diagram not easy to source). I was so impressed with his detective style in figuring out what the problem was and then not even charging me, I can see why he maintains a 5 star rating! I'm definitely coming back here for regular car service items, he is so helpful, friendly and honest, just a fantastic mechanic!

I had texted him about the hassle I went thru after my minivan's alternator went out in July 2026, 15 months they had replaced it. Somehow that text did not go thru to his phone. The alternator had gone out when I was on the road, 4 hours away from home. Once they saw my review (Sep 2026), they reached out within a few hours. This showed me that this company cares about its reputation and had high standard of customer service. We talked and Thomas told me he would refund me the cost of the alternator. I received the money but it was more than just the money that left a great impression upon me. It was the honesty, integrity and the willingness to listen to my less-than-great initial experience.
