I called Lake Area Safe & Lock Tuesday mid-afternoon, expecting to wait a few days for the actual service call. They called Wednesday, and Jeff showed up by mid-morning. Jeff obviously knew what he was doing. He was able to immediately troubleshoot the problem and get the lock working in short order. The charge for the service was very reasonable.
