I've been using MaidPro for the past 3 months now. They've been coming monthly to clean our place. Time has been minimal and it has been so helpful to have someone help with the cleaning at our place. We don't have a large residence, so they can get the cleaning done in under 4 hours. I always make sure that things are out of the way, so they can do more of an effective clean. I've left notes for certain things before and they always take care of them. I really like the lady that has now come on a regular basis. Casey is so sweet and super kind. When she told me that she'll be our regular MainPro staff member, I was thrilled. The first home cleaning I had done, they cleaned our oven (much needed). I always request for some extra cleaning for our floors because we have stained floors that get a bit dirty. Dust is always an issue, so it's always nice that they dust the fans in each room and from all of the desks, stands and counters. I couldn't brag on Maid Pro anymore than I already have on Facebook, but here goes. How about...the top 10 reasons why I love Maid Pro so much: 1) Customer service: Before I met my maid in person (who is precious and absolutely loves her job!), I had spoken with Pearl over the phone a lot (I'm thinking she works at the local office). Pearl has always been curtious, helpful, friendly, funny, and forthcoming about their prices, standards, etc. 2) The 49 point checklist! This is so me. If I could have designed this for a private maid (not through an agency), perhaps I wouldn't have had such struggles with asking them to do a little more or do something they did once then never again. 3) They use their own cleaning supplies! You mean I don't have to run to the store at midnight the night before the maid comes after I'm done frantically picking up to get cleaning supplies?! Yes, please! 4) All pet/kid friendly products used: We have pets and kids, so this is a fantastic offering which is standard to them! 5) Piggybacking on 3 & 4, we have a few preferences as far as cleaning supplies (Ah the lovely smell of Pledge to know you're in a clean house), but lucky for us, they didn't hesitate to suggest to just leave out any custom supplies we wanted them to use. 6) The maids (or at least ours) leaves a stamp of personality by using our fridge alphabet magnets to leave cute messages like "Welcome home, family"...just something extra to make us smile :-) 7) The prices: I debated on regular maid services for years and am glad I finally decided it's worth the money for the peace of mind that comes with it. The BEST part though is they seem to offer up front deals for new customers, so we signed up for the monthly cleaning and will have a FREE cleaning during our 5th month of service -WOOHOO! 8) You can leave a key the first day, and they will keep it at the office for you for added convenience...and they made sure to tell me they put a code on it instead of your name or address for extra security - smart! 9) Totally trust worthy to have them there while you are not as Maid Pro has a liability policy of anything turns up missing or broken. 10) Did I not mention you get to come home to a sparkly, clean house?!!! read more

I called to schema deep cleaning of my house. The guy who did the quote was very nice but didn't listen cause he kept asking the same questions over and over. It took almost 30 minutes to get the quote. I set up to have the clean done. The next day, I received a call from a lady with the local branch. She clearly wasn't interested in completing my house. She told me the time I wanted wouldn't work. She was not willing to make any adjustments. Clearly I was not a priority. read more

This review is mostly for the cleaning person and not the company but I'll mention them too. I moved out of my apartment and wanted to have it cleaned professionally, I found this company on yelp. They ask a ton of questions then give you a quote. The person they sent was on time, she was actually early. She was very sweet. She did an excellent job cleaning. Very thorough. I was really impressed. They called me and told me they'd have to tack on an extra hour ($45) not sure why because the apartment was completely empty so there was nothing to move around. read more

I HATE that I can't give this company less than 1 star. We scheduled a deep cleaning for a family member as a gift 3 weeks ago. Here we are 3 days before the scheduled cleaning and they called us today to cancel!! Apparently they ran out of maids for the scheduled day but offered to take $50 off our NEXT cleaning...not the current one they were wanting to reschedule. I have never dealt with such an unprofessional cleaning company like this. read more

my wife, currently living in a different state, worried about me being too busy to do anything about keeping the house clean. she ordered MaidPro service and today was the second time they clean the house. it has been just great. we realized that I don't need to stay at home while they come and clean, instead we can leave a spare key to our house at the MaidPro office. today, I just came back from the work to find a shiny house. they did all things right I wrote in a note and left a check-sheet on what they worked on. Pretty sure my house has never looked, and smelled, so clean! The great service started as soon as I got an estimate and has continued through my cleaning. The individual giving the estimate was very professional and knowledgeable, while friendly at the same time. After signing up, one of the owners personally called to thank me for my business and made sure that I knew my satisfaction was their top priority. The outstanding service continued with the maid they sent. From the moment she arrived, she worked diligently to make sure every item on their 49 point checklist was addressed. On that note, I LOVE the checklist! They have things on there that I may have cleaned once in the last year, but they do it every time! All in all, the best cleaning service in the area. We have used MaidPro for almost a year now and we LOVE them! The house always smells so fresh after their visit. I get the same person each time which I love. And my dogs love Monica. She is the best but others have filled in - Casey and Amanda - and they were wonderful too. I tried another well known brand for a whole house clean before I moved in. The house was empty so it should have been an easy job. The experience was horrific. I had to go back and clean myself and they overcharges me! I am SOOO glad I found MaidPro. I've been extremely disappointed with the services provided by this company. I've been through 3 cleanings with this company and each has failed to live up to the promised standards. During the first cleaning, something I paid extra for was not even touched, and main areas were missed. Okay, they say the Maid Pro standard may take a few cleanings so I called and discussed with management (who were at least understanding). The second cleaning was even worse. The oven was again not cleaned (still waiting on that from the first cleaning), and areas that should have been obviously cleaned were not even wiped down. Overall, it was very disheartening. This isn't exactly a "cheap" clean and I was only asking for 2 bathrooms and the kitchen this time - nothing major. However, the third and FINAL cleaning was just ridiculous. One entire bathroom was not even touched. NO counter wiped - still had toothpaste in the sink, NO mirror cleaned, no tub cleaned - still had shampoo globs in the tub, and no toilet cleaned. The kitchen had a decent job done to it aside from the window sill not being wiped nor either of the tables (the adult and child's table). The master bathroom at least had the tub wiped down this time BUT the drain no longer closes and the base of the toilet where it meets the floor has obviously not been touched since prior to Maid Pro coming . I did talk to someone each time and they at least tried to correct the problems but it's too late for that. Just because they have never had an "issue" with a particular maid does not mean that person does not require another look. I hope that whatever the reasons for the bad services are corrected before the next hard working, single mother has to go through all of these hurdles for a less than mediocre clean. PS - When KIDS have to ask if the house was even cleaned, there is definitely a problem! read more
