The experience with this service was the most unprofessional I've ever dealt with. On June 28 contacted, set up, and had confirmed a cleaning appointment. Never heard from them again. No call and confirmation the day before, and wouldn't return my calls on the day they didn't show up. It was very inconvenient since I had company coming and was depending on them for their services. Will never try this group again. So very unprofessional!!!! And only one star because it wouldn't let me post otherwise!!! read more

I was in the process of moving on short notice and needed someone to take care of the detailed cleaning I lacked the time for. They had a groupon so I bought it and scheduled a cleaning for October 15 via email through Staci. She confirmed my appointment and I expected the cleaners to show up at 5 pm instead of calling me with the number I provided they sent an email at 4:35 pm saying that the cleaners needed to reschedule due to me having a 2 hr. instead of 1 hour groupon ( I checked it was only a 1 hr), I did not get the email as I was packing boxes and trying to prepare for the cleaners. When I did finally take a minute to look at my email I recieved yet another message at 4:36 pm stating that they would make it after all. So I waited & waited and waited...No one showed up, no one called, no one made any contact at all. So I emailed Staci and asked what was going on. The next morning I recieved and email that simply said "we will be there by 5 today". Again no apology no explanation, nothing. So with movers coming to pack our moving truck and trying to deal with last minutes details on the eve of our move date I waited again, & again no one showed up. I tried calling but I got a google calling system message, not even an appropriate business voicemail, Staci never answered her phone and no one ever responded to my emails or calls. To say that these people are shady would be an understatement. I have no idea how they run a business or stay in business with these practices. Luckily my husband found an amazing company to come in and do the work they were hired to do and Groupon refunded my money. Stay Away!!!! 1 star only because I cannot post a review without it! read more
