We had a deep cleaning service arranged after a failed duct cleaning left excessive dust throughout our home. I made it clear that nothing was off-limits and that the tops of cabinets were a priority (a no brainer for dust collection). Maid Perfect sent 3 crew members but only allowed ~ 3 hours, which was not sufficient for a true deep clean. During the final walkthrough, the checklist was reviewed and the crew verbally confirmed the cabinet tops were cleaned. We trusted that and did not physically climb up on our countertops to check the surface at the time. We were displaced from our home for about a week. so after returning to our home two days later, it was obvious that the tops of all cabinets had not been cleaned, even slightly. When I contacted Maid Perfect, they insisted the work had been done and attributed it to settling dust, which was inaccurate as this was not consistent throughout our home. They did not believe us and doubled down that they were for sure cleaned. I continued to press as this is was a major oversight. After multiple follow-ups and photo evidence, they agreed to return as they acknowledged the cabinets were in fact missed, but ONLY to address the few random photos I took. They allotted 10 minutes to fix this. They continually declined to acknowledge that ALL cabinet tops were missed, and if I wanted them all cleaned then they would need to charge me. Rather than taking FULL accountability and making it right, they focused on limiting their scope and defending their position. The lack of ownership and unwillingness to properly correct the issue reflects poorly on their service. While they may be suitable for routine cleaning, I would not recommend them for a true deep clean. They cared more about their schedule, than my house being properly cleaned. They even charged a travel fee initially, so I'm not sure why we weren't given appropriate time and follow-through on their clear oversight. Anyone who knows me, knows that my house is never cluttered or dirty. I just wanted a real deep clean and hired MAID PERFECT as it is a local company. Three people came and worked three hours (9 hours of cleaning). I closed one of my bedrooms off, telling them not to clean, which left them approximately 1000 ft.² to do. Attached are pictures that were taken about 15 minutes after the crew left. I provided these pictures to Maid Perfect and felt insulted when their response to me was that these problems were very minor. They offered to send another crew out to fix the minor problems (per their policy) but I declined because her email communication.was anything but friendly. I told her that I was not comfortable having one of their crews back in my home and requested a partial refund instead. I asked for $100 out of the over $400 that we paid. Did not perform services as advertised. The threshold of "clean" is subjective. However when you describe your service as "deep clean" I would venture a guess that most would assume you establish a higher precedence for your performance. A "deep clean" was far from what we received... especially with 3 people on hand performing it. read more

I purchased two hours of their service which included three ladies. We used them as a move in clean and they had no furniture to work around so it should've been done in the two hours. I paid for an extra hour for them to get everything finished and "perfect." We were getting new appliances so they didn't even have to worry about cleaning those. After three hours of work when everything should've been PERFECT, it was anything but that. They didn't touch any of the windows or the top of the shower in the master, there were so many corners on the floor that weren't clean, base boards are still dusty, and I am completely unsatisfied. Do not use this service, even on a Groupon. They do not provide a perfectly clean result. read more

This company did a fantastic job cleaning our home. It was a move out clean because we were selling our home. They did every nook and cranny . My bathroom never sparkled so much. Our appliances looked brand new. The staff was very friendly. We had to reschedule a few times and they were very accommodating. We will use them again in our brand new home to keep it sparkling. Showed up 1 1/2 hours late and no one called to tell me they'd be late. When the cleaners showed up they were very professional. I called their boss Jenny and told them someone should have let me know. She just said "oh, I apologize". Then she called one of the ladies here and told her to tell me I had to pay a cancellation fee of $15.00 from when we cancelled bc we had covid. I said I wasn't paying that so she told them to leave. WTH!! I paid for the service, never got a cleaning and wasted a whole day sitting here. I will NEVER recommend them to anyone. read more

While Maid Perfect cleaned my home a few months ago, I walked into my bathroom to put some towels away, and I saw her walk up to my sink area, give it a squirt of glass cleaner, and just give it a swipe with some paper towel. I had to explain to this person that shine does not mean clean. Germs and bacteria need to be killed and removed before shinning stage takes place. My wife was not impressed with their dusting abilities. Not one item was removed from the fireplace mantle; they just dusted around everything. We have a shinny ceramic floor in the foyeur; it was left very streaky. read more

have used Maid Perfect for two years. The service has continued to go down hill consistently. I have called the office and shared my concern. The team of three is supposed to be at my home for two hours. The house is always clean when THEY get here and usually they are just maintaining what they did from the previous visit. The last visit was THE LAST VISIT! They spent an hour and 10 minutes at my house. Many areas were missed and completely not cleaned at all. I did call the office but was unable to have them comeback due to my busy schedule. Then I received a letter in the mail stating that my new cleaning fee was jumping up 25.00 dollars. Reliable, thorough, dependable and detail focused. I have used them for two years and never had a complaint. Before them I tried three other services and was never satisfied. My neighbors use them as well and are thrilled. They aren't the cheapest, nor the most expensive, so in my mind a great value. If you let them know what you want, they will be sure you get it. BEWARE - If you ask them to do the job they are hired for, they will drop you as a client and leave you without a cleaner. Here are the facts - So, 5 months into this service. We had two incidents where I could not be home during the entire cleaning. On both of those incidents, the cleaners did NOT do a good job. On both occasions, I called and Maid Perfect offered to return and complete the job, which I declined because I couldn't fit them into my schedule. On the second incident I asked and they honored, that I not be charged for the cleaning. This was reasonable and I felt we both had been accommodating to their mistake. For the next scheduled cleaning, they cancelled at the last minute because they had staffing problems. They offered to come out the next business day, which was a Monday. I declined due to scheduling and we agreed to skip and they would come out the next scheduled time. They offered me a $25 discount on their next service because of the inconvenience, which I felt was fair. They then came out as scheduled last Friday, I was here the whole time and walked through the house before they left. I found one area that needed to be re-done and that was taken care of. They charged my card the discounted amount and all was good. Then I got a letter in the mail stating that they are sorry, but they will no longer be able to clean my house to my standards. I called and spoke to Peggy, the owner to ask what was going on. Her reply was that there are too many notes in my account about how I needed my house to be cleaned and they didn't feel they could do it correctly. She said, "We just want you to be happy and we think you'll be happy with someone else." I was so frustrated, I hung up on her. read more
