I took pictures and sent them over to management. Their only solution was to send the crew back even though I explained that I had already cleaned those things myself (and if they didn't do it right the first time, why would I expect them to do it well again?). They refused to provide me with a partial refund saying that their satisfaction guarantee only covers a "reclean" which is absolute BS- I paid $250 under the agreement that it would be done right on the day the first time around. Hopefully this keeps someone from making the same mistake I did... The following is in response to the company's response to my original post: The items were not in poor condition or old; We are talking about newly installed faucets, microwave, a brand new table, shower tile, etc. When I first called to alert management, the customer service manager stated that she was "frankly embarrassed" by the job done. Refer to the pictures that I sent your team, take some responsibility, and make things right. THAT is what good businesses do.
