I've been here at least three times in the past year, and I've actually been coming to this medical group since I was younger because of my mom. She always trusted them, they took our insurance, and over time I just stayed with them. Now as an adult, I can confidently say they are a hidden gem. I don't know if healthcare should ever be considered a hidden gem, but that's exactly what this place feels like. They open at 11, and I'm writing this around 12:15, already being seen, which is huge. My situation today clearly qualified for urgent care instead of an ER, and I really appreciate knowing I can come here and avoid a chaotic hospital visit. What really stands out is how attentive everyone is, from the front desk to the clinical staff. I wish I remembered names because every single person I interacted with today deserves recognition. The front desk staff were welcoming and efficient, and even with an online check-in process, they still made everything feel personal. I was third in line and was quickly brought back for vitals. There was a medical assistant in training, and honestly, watching that interaction made me respect this place even more. You could tell she was nervous and learning, but she was incredibly kind, thorough, and professional. The trainer took their time, corrected gently, and clearly cared about doing things the right way. It was obvious they're investing in their staff, and I left thinking once she's fully trained, they're gaining another amazing team member. I've always been seen by nurse practitioners here rather than MDs, and that has never once been an issue. They're knowledgeable, thorough, and actually listen. Even when I've been in pain, the wait never feels unbearable because things move steadily and you know you're being taken care of. The facility itself is clean, organized, and easy to find. It's located in a medical building on the first floor to the left, and the exam rooms are spotless. Even when they're doing uncomfortable things like throat or nasal swabs, they're gentle and empathetic, which really matters when you're not feeling well. I'm genuinely thankful for this place. Every time I've come here, I've left feeling better and reassured. Today just felt like the right time to finally write this review because they've earned it through consistency, care, and professionalism. I truly hope they keep this standard because it's exactly what healthcare should feel like.

I was told that Linda is the only person who handles this type of paperwork and that she is usually available in the mornings. I have called several days in a row, including right after the office opened, but every time I ask for her, I'm told she is busy or unavailable. I have also been told that someone would call me back with an update, but I never received a call. I completely understand that medical offices get busy, and I'm not expecting someone to drop everything for me. However, it shouldn't take days of repeated phone calls just to get a simple update about whether an authorization can be processed. Even a one-minute conversation or a return call would be appreciated. What makes this more disappointing is that the doctors here have been very nice, and I have no complaints about them. My frustration is specifically with the front desk and the lack of communication and follow-through. I feel that the front desk staff could benefit from better training on how to communicate with patients and resolve issues instead of repeatedly telling people to call back. As a working parent, my time matters too. If the clinic cannot handle the authorization or cannot accept my child as a patient, I would rather be told directly so I can find another provider instead of spending days calling and waiting for a response that never comes. I hope management takes this feedback seriously because good doctors deserve a front office that provides the same level of care and professionalism.

One of very FEW doctors who knows the real meaning of PATIENT CARE. He fights for his patients rights. He folllows up consults, treatments, visits his patients EARLY and talks to them for their needs. Mind you, he talks to us nurses (who sees his patients at least 12 hrs/day ) and ask if we see something relevant. Being a NURSE, i have seen doctors who comes and goes without even seeing their patients. HE is definitely NOT one of them. He is COMPASSIONATE to his patients . If in case , i will be in the position of a PATIENT, i would DEFINITELY get him as my PRIMARY DOCTOR. * note: this review is based on my experience as a nurse. Guess they really don't want to do anything about employees who are so afraid of their own shadows that they have to call a security guard over a patent getting upset over what should have been a simple request. They showed ZERO ability prevent a patient from even getting upset over something so simple. Apparently this is a bad place to go see a dentist to begin with if they have to have a security guard there. A simple "yes sir, well see about getting that printed out on paper for you to sign." BEFORE THE PATIENT GETS UPSET would have gone much further that calling a security guard.

The first time I called (2025) I was providing my information over the phone and the lady was extremely rude. Basically said I didn't have insurance coverage and wasn't able to schedule an appointment. I reiterated the fact that my children were covered and she needed to check her system thoroughly. Back and forth discussion that resulted in my calling back to schedule it when she simply could have scheduled the appointment to begin with and verified the active status of my insurance upon the appointment a month later or even in between that time. With her continued rudeness, I decided to give her a taste of her own medicine "no pun intended". She clearly didn't like it and coincidentally changed her attitude almost immediately. Upon arriving at the Doctors office, i found out that the rude lady over the phone was thinner short lady with dark mid-length hair. I don't recall her name at this moment. Fast forward, we entered the medical room. Dr. Koo kept interrupting me, dismissing my input regarding my concerns for my child and their health, and kept telling my young kids for them to explain themselves. I get it, you want to hear from the child directly how they feel but when they dont have the right words to explain themselves and articulate what is going on then thats when parents should advocate for their kids and speak up, which I tried doing. But again, Dr. Koo continued to ignore my concerns as a parent and kept interrupting me or basically shutting me up. I figured maybe she was having a bad day. giving her and her staff the benefit of doubt. 1 year later, another physical. Took my kids in and guess what!? YUP! Same BS! Same receptionist/nurse (whatever you want to call her) was rude. The rude lady was asking me what concerns i had related to my kids health. I explained and there was no empathy whatsoever. I felt like the concerns I was explaining to her didn't matter and tried rushing me by not allowing me to finish what i wanted to say and asked me "any other concerns" even before finishing my last sentence. If you dont know how to listen to patient's concerns, then this is definitely not the field you should be working in ... lady! She looked like someone put cat litter and fecal matter in her food with that snobby expression on her face! ugh! I hope she reads this too! Mind you, she also forgot to list some concerns i expressed. Anything i mentioned she immediately interrupted me by saying "You can tell the dr that, you can tell the dr that, you can tell the dr that." as if she didnt seem to care about what i had to say. I specifically asked for two specific exams and it was like twisting her arm! these exams i know for a fact she was supposed to do and didnt want to do it probably because she was being lazy. if your child goes in for an annual check up, anything can happen within a year so many changes, so you want to ensure you get EVERYTHING checked out! Not this office. NOPE! THEY DON'T CARE!!!! Once she left, Dr. Koo came in (shaking my head!) I started explaining the concerns. Guess what!? She did the same thing again as she did last year. Interrupted me, dismissed me, she was checking my child and made the comment like "what do i know im not the specialist". Right, youre not the specialist but you ARE the DOCTOR, so have some empathy lady!! Not to mention, my insurance fees pay your salary including my out of pocket expenses, so be grateful! I told myself I cant believe this! AGAIN!?!?!? this is ridiculous! Who does this?! what kind of doctor does this!? i was livid and so annoyed at the treatment we received, (better yet, lack of treatment), and couldn't wait for the appointment to be over with. Oh! and the two exams I requested, only one was done. Lo and behold, the one exam I requested, turned out my child now needs to be a specialist. First time waited more than an hour, so for the second time, the receptionist told us to take the first appointment, and we did it. Got there 10 mins earlier, but the wait was still more than an hour. The doctor showed up with 0 apology. During the consultation, he went out the room to accuse his intern used the wrong color ink, left the patient alone. 0 apology again for the interruption. Really don't understand what's more important, to teach the intern or to treat the patient?
