The star is for the staff - most of them are kind and professional. But the clinic is a mess. I…read moredon't know how their Yelp rating is that much different than their Google rating TBH. They charge no-show fees, yet it's nearly impossible to reach anyone. I've tried calling, emailing, faxing, and replying to texts with no response. Every visit has meant a long wait, and I'm willing to wait but the overall experience just isn't worth it. I've stuck with this place only because it's required for workers' comp; otherwise, I'd be long gone. I'm writing this review as I've been on hold for 30 minutes now and still counting, I've had other times where I've been on hold for almost an hour. They still use paper charts, there's no patient portal, and medication transfers take forever. If you're stuck with this clinic, treat the front desk like your last lifeline, book everything, ask everything, double-check everything, because once you walk out, it's radio silence. If you're looking for a regular provider, responsive care, avoid this place. And if you don't believe me, just follow the trail of 1- and 2-star reviews. I'm far from the only one.

I was skeptical of Anycare based solely on the appearance of the exterior and lobby. It's very…read morebasic looking and a little rugged. It definitely needs an update for sure. I went to Anycare for a quick physical for my new job. We recently moved to TN so I don't have a primary care physician. They do charge $50 for the physical and didn't take insurance for this. However, I don't have the time to find a primary care physician so I was willing to pay out of pocket. All of the staff here are very kind and friendly. I don't like going to the doctors whatsoever and they made me feel comfortable (though, my heart rate would say that's a lie). They were quick and efficient, too. There was only one other person in the waiting room. My appointment was 9:15 and I was taken to a room at 9:17. Overall, this is a solid urgent care and I'm glad I chose this place for a quick physical.

Some of the staff members are sometimes short tempered probably as a result of not having enough help. The cleaning crew often doesn't show up and clean the patients rooms. Even when they do straighten the rooms, they usually don't sweep and mop the floors. Rooms look like they need to be painted. The inside of this beautiful facility looks like it has been neglected and let go. It's unfortunate that it is in this kind of shape. Most of the residences here are long-term and I feel bad for them. Unfortunately, the staff is overworked and apparently under appreciated. Otherwise Gallatin Center probably would not be understaffed. I personally think that the staff here probably needs a raise for how understaffed and overworked they are. Thanks again, Karen Harrison

My mother went to Gallatin Center for Rehabilitation and Healing to recover from pneumonia. Within…read moreapproximately two weeks, her condition deteriorated so dramatically that I feared for her life. She developed severe edema and fluid accumulation involving her heart and lungs, became profoundly weak and fatigued, and was so short of breath that she could barely speak without becoming winded. **Let that sink in: I was the one who ultimately had to call an ambulance to get my mother out of this facility. She was transported to the hospital and admitted to the critical care unit.** I cannot adequately describe the fear and helplessness of watching my mother deteriorate while repeatedly trying to get the facility to take our concerns seriously. She was supposed to be receiving rehabilitation and medical care while recovering from pneumonia. Instead, within approximately two weeks, I found myself having to call emergency services because I was so concerned about her condition. I am not a physician, and I will not pretend to make a medical determination about every factor that contributed to her deterioration. But I know what I witnessed, I know the concerns we repeatedly raised, and I know that I ultimately had to call an ambulance and that my mother ended up in critical care. **This was not a minor complaint about an unpleasant stay or poor customer service. This was a frightening medical crisis involving my mother, a vulnerable patient who depended on this facility for her care. I genuinely feared that I was going to lose her.** No family should have to fight this hard to get their loved one the attention and care they need. No family should have to wonder whether their concerns are being ignored while their loved one's condition worsens.
