Thatcher's is not the cheapest auto repair dealer but your going to get top notch service both to your vehicle and to you the customer. Recently my vehicle broke down while I was on the road and out of town. To make a long story short, the auto repair dealer that I had to use to make the emergency repairs to my vehicle used inappropriate and the wrong size bolts while making the repairs. It was obvious that something was wrong and I tried twice to get the dealer, Junction Tire Service in Carlton, MN, to look at and fix the problem. They just insisted that it was nothing they done. I took my vehicle into Thatcher's and had them look at the vehicle. It did not take them very long to find and fix the problem and I was good to go. Because the bolts held the bottom of the brake calipers and were starting to back out, I and my family could have been is a serous accident. Thanks Thatcher's. I have had new tires, oil changes, tune ups, brakes and more and have always like the work I have received from Thatcher's. I also like the waiting area that Thatcher's provides it's customers. First off and most important the waiting area and the bathrooms are very clean. They not only provide hot coffee but there is a large screen TV and good magazines to read. You will get good service at Thatcher's, I recommend them highly.

My door handle is hard plastic not metal that pin in there is still sturdy as can be I have opened that door several times no issues . Won't ever be back especially when you won't take responsibility over a $25 part and I'm going to assume the guy working on it pulled himself up with the handle and broke it because once again I've pulled pretty hard on everyone of those handles and not to mention each one of those door handles were replaced last year .!

After paying him $899.50, the same transmission problem existed as I drove away. When I challenged him about his scanner, he admitted that his scanner wasn't capable of checking fluid pressures. When I asked what to do now, he said "I guess you should bring it to a dealer" and he hung up. I brought it to a dealer and they found a loose wire that fixed the problem. Do not call your customers "babe", or touch their legs, or invite them over after your shift is over. No one wants that and it paints a poor picture of their employees and the company itself. I'm incredibly disturbed about my time spent here and I refused to let them service my car not only for the outrageous prices but also the despicable customer interaction. I cannot believe how this employee treated me and the blatant disregard for personal space or appropriate customer relations. I'd give this place 0/5 stars if I could.
