Sure ,spend close to $5000 on a scooter only to be ridiculed, lied to, shouted at and charged outrageous extra fees at the last minute. The level of respect was beyond zero, all to try to sqeeze a grandmother for another couple of hundred of dollars.! No telephone call to say he had unilaterally amended the agreement for hundreds more, but waits untill you arrive to sign the papers as agreed on, and gathers his henchmen to surround you and gives you neither a place to sit, or an ounce of respect. he decides how much extra you will have to pay, non negotiable ! He lies about how much he pays his mechanics,($120 per hour) lies about delivery costs, puts on a big show about how little he is making on the sale, and basically squeezes out every ounce possible of what should have been a pleasant experience...and has the audacity and total lack of respect in front of his colleagues after 30 minutes to shout at me " ARE YOU HAPPY NOW???
I pity the good people that work there to have to witness this with each sale..What a pathetic way to do business..Never again
