This place is A dump! The heat source is lousy in the winter and they won't turn on the air conditioner and it's been 80 degrees in my apartment for two days straight! read more

I have had this apartment since November and have not been happy with it since. When i first moved in they had problems with water leaking from my apartment to the one below me. They worked on the for about a month before fixing it. In the process, they would enter my apartment whenever they wanted and without notifying me. I would come home from work and my door would be unlocked and trash onthe floor along with drywall that they didn't clean up. My door was left unlocked by the a total of maybe 4 times and i was never notified that they were even in there earlier. For 2 months now I have had roaches very bad, I have told them I have roaches and they say "Wait until pest control comes." I currently still have roaches even though they came and sprayed last week. I told them again today and they are not going to have pest control come again until their next scheduled time. I have had a leak in my hall ceiling over the counter for 2 weeks now. I told they the day I noticed it and they came a flex sealed it and said to wait till Monday to get it fixed right. So within the time period of Friday to Monday the leak moved from the hallway to the bedroom. They came back twice within the week to fix it and now it has started again. A bunch of my stuff got ruined in the process like all my paper towels and all the toilet paper under the sink, toothbrushes, portable chargers, q tips, soaps, make up products, lotions, towels, wash rags, etc. I asked for some money off the next month rent because we have to replace all of that and they said no. In all it ruined about $110 worth of stuff, maybe more. The roaches and wet ceiling (which probably has mold by now) are a big health hazard so we asked for our deposit back and to get out of the contract. They said no deposit back and to get out of the contract is $150. We are not very well on money right now so we cant afford to do that. Any suggestions? read more
