We have been on the hook for a loan with them on a non operating dump truck that has cost us over 7k in repairs and still isn't running. Worst part about it is it requires commercial insurance. It has been hurting our business to keep up with the expense of parking this non operable turd every month in addition to paying high commercial insurance. We need the truck to efficiently run our business so we don't have to subcontract work or pay for rental equipment and dump fees. We have been a week late several times on payment they add late fees and charge you for making payments with them on the phone. We have been working with them to explain our situation and they could care less. Sandy is the account collection manager and she is very unreasonable to say the least.
