Not only do they not own their mistakes, they decide it is okay to over charge the customer for them and not provide a physical receipt either. An email version was offered- however, it was not acceptable at that time. I did not have access to email. They do not discuss anything with you either. Then you get to the cash to pay and to your surprise you are being charged for their errors. As a business owner, this is not the way proper business is done. No need to comment back to me either to save face. I tried to have a phone conversation with you prior to resulting to writing this review and you refused to own up to what transpired. You kept talking non sense and back peddling and I kept talking over you repeating my questions and of course not getting them answered. The hair dresser that provided service is novice, unprofessional, immature and decided it was okay to tell their customer that their hair was to blame for that outcome. Yet when the colour was reapplied it covered the roots. Unbelievable. Rule #1 in business- you NEVER ever slander your customers that help keep your lights on. You have rebutted on Google reviews. Here is my response to you---- The facts are the facts. My mothers services were to be $75.00+30.00= 105.00 + HST. Your daughter and stylst charged her over $150.00!!!!! I'm no mathematicIan but her services should have rendered $118.65. When we spoke on the phone you did in fact agree and state that she was charged a restocking fee for the second application Of colour. I kept stating to you on the phone, prior to disconnection, that it is not my mothers responsibility to pay for any errors done by your colourists. My mother was not in your salon colouring her own hair. Plain and simple. Own it and just apologize. Learn and grow from this. I do not need to make up unnecessary statements. I am speaking the truth. This is why I'm putting this much energy into this. And yes, your novice stylist said to my mother that her hair is at fault for the first colour application not taking. Who even says that to their clients?!?? So you can back someone you know for 1,5 yrs, however, I will believe my mother who has been legit for over 45 yrs of my life. Post a receipt online for everyone to see. I urge you to show the breakdown. The first colour without any added charges. $75.00 +30.00. I'll be glad to show her debit transaction. Please cut the crap at this point. Stop taking advantage and over charging innocent people to make an extra buck. It's a marathon not a race.
