Kept my car more than 20 weeks and each week was told it would be done by the end of the week or first thing Monday, but he just continued taking walk ins. Any of these new customers would have been happy to wait a day given the three week wait of most shops, but he wants the two birds in the bush. So after five months as a happy customer I was then lied to 20 times and lastly told to take my car and he will call me when he wants to work on it. They can do basic repairs but who wants a mechanic that can't be trusted?

After 4 trips back up there they finally replaced the windshield but somehow messed up the rain sensor so my wipers don't operate properly and now they're refusing to fix what they broke. I'm highly disappointed in the service I've received. I would give 0 stars if that was an option. I've bought several cars over the years from dealerships and this is by far the worst customer service I've received! I'm so disappointed a local dealership wouldn't take better care of their customers and fix anything they damaged during a service appointment.
