We ended up pulling our daughter from the class as we never felt they were properly addressed. We've enrolled our kids at different dance studios, but this was our first experience with gymnastics. At risk of sounding like a helicopter parent, I wasn't comfortable with leaving our child at a place that prevents parents from monitoring the activity. Parents weren't allowed in the gym itself, which I can understand. But there was no TV to watch the class, and the window to the gym is blocked with a black curtain. When this was brought up they were adamant that they wouldn't be putting in a TV as other parents had told them they didn't like the idea of other people watching their kid. To each their own, but there are several videos recorded in class on their social media pages, so this argument felt a little lacking.

When I was taking to a friend, they told me about Fierce and couldn't say enough good things about it! We checked it out and fell in love! The Pack Cross Fit is just that, a Pack like a wolf pack. Being new to the pack I was uncertain…read morewhat to expect as I was really over weight and way out of shape. Seeing these elite fit athletes is rather intimidating. That is soon brushed to the side when the Staff Instructor reassures you everyone starts someplace and we were not all athletes when we started and many of the participants have been doing this for nearly 10 years or more. The Staff is there to help you go through the exercises and modify them to the aches and pains your body has and your comfort level but enough to give you a high intensity internal workout. It's ok to come in last or lift the lightest weights as there is someone right along with you and pack members cheering you on at the end of the iteration of the workout. We are all gassed at the end and can't do anymore, but are looking forward to coming back the next day to try and do the best and be the best we can be for that day. I have nothing but praise for the Staff Instructors, equipment and facilities. I recommend anyone ever thinking of trying it to give it a try. You never know you might really enjoy it.
