The staff are very friendly, quick at getting everything done, and most of all I completely trust their work and recommendations. I've had two crowns done many years ago by one of Healthy Smiles dentist, and they look and feel great. I've felt less pain with their work, than all my last dentists giving fillings. I do wish they would've just done it all in one go, but the teeth cleaning was less than 40 minutes. They were very good and wasn't too painful like other dental offices. I was able to get my husband in and he's had more work done and they have been great about it too. Highly recommend. Also side note, they close the office from 1-2pm for their lunches. Very nice office, clean and the receptionists are friendly and helpful.

Making appointments and does not have 1 minute to talk with the patient. Wants to finish up the job at the same time meaning, "seeing 3-4 patients at the same time" keeps on hold saying okay be fast i don't have time for you let me do my job so that i am done with you since i have other patients waiting for me" this were the words from the doctor. For my filling i had 3-4 injection in my gum needed time to get numb but then he started doing the filling said let me know when it hurts, so once started the filling kept saying cavity and kept drilling in and then i felt severe pain in my gum and then gave me more numb injection told him give me minutes since i started to loose my consciousness and started to sweat but he said if can not hold the pain for a while he will go see next patient since he does not have minutes for me to get relaxed i started with the procedure and then its over 2 months i still have serve pain since i had no pain at all in the beginning i just wanted a small filling to get covered since i was afraid that if i eat anything it might get worse. But we spending so much money to be seen patiently but not treated like this. After that so much pain the dentist goes to see other patients without getting my concern he told the assistant to clean all my teeth after a while when she started taking my measurements and started with my teeth i asked what is happening and she said oh the dentist has told her to clean the teeth. I just agreed to get my small filling fixed but why you people doing something on your own without getting the patients permission even though in life its free at your clinic I recommend people get somewhere else my 2 experience were so horrible here. 2nd Response: If i am not a patient of your clinic how come i have the receipt. Please be reasonable and find the attached copy of the receipt. 3rd Response: What do you people think, have we not called your office yes we did only response we got was "we so sorry to hear that and wish you feel better". And then we said on the face of the dentist that treated us in an appropriate manner that please try to be calm with your clients but he said the same thing again like "well if you want to be treated be fast i do not have time since i have other clients to look after", so what else we people except from this place, or should i say horrible experience happened twice in 2 weeks. How come 1 dentist see 3 clients in different room , give numb injection come back do filling starts hurting can not breathe, painful, sweating feeling unconscious but still the dentist and the assistant there and i say please give me 2 minutes its so painful and i will pass out any minute but still your horrible dentist says i need to be fast or else you can leave since i have other patients waiting there. Where do I start?…read more When I called to schedule my initial appointment, Colette rushed me so much, it made my anxiety spike. I had to ask her to repeat herself multiple times because she was speaking so rapidly. At my first visit, everyone was kind and friendly. Dr. Hart was warm and down-to-earth. Once we delved into my oral health, I asked if she reviewed my previous records (which I had to request myself). "Yeah," dismissively. She then went into how she doesn't review previous records unless the patient has dental implants or something requiring maintenance, because she "meets you where you are." I've never experienced this at any dental/medical office before. After mentioning I had been to a specialist who recommended an extensive course of treatment, she jumped in and said, "Well, I can do that!" I was skeptical, as she isn't a specialist, but agreed since it was supposedly going to cost much less than the specialist's quote. Next, she started upselling me on a $100 "saliva analysis"...a cash-grab that turns out, won't in any way change your treatment plan. Mid-visit, I was basically held hostage in the exam room chair until signing the financial forms. They were all smiles while handing me the pen. During the next visit, when I asked how long my face would be numb, Dr. Hart replied, "EVERYONE asks that..." She then proceeded to say, "About three hours." My face was numb for six hours. At my third visit, I was injected by the dental assistant, on the wrong side of my mouth (oopsie!). Next, Dr. Hart was about to start working on the wrong side of my mouth. After I pointed out that I was numbed on the wrong side, and that Dr. Hart already worked on that said, neither the assistant, nor Dr. Hart apologized or took any accountability. Dr. Hart blamed the formatting on her screen, stating it displays the patient's mouth in reverse (and this isn't worth correcting?). I left with my entire mouth numb for six hours. At my final appointment, I had an equally abysmal experience. I was told by the receptionist that my visit would be 100% covered by insurance. Lo and behold, the hygienist, Aliesha, said I needed another multi-appointment scaling/deep cleaning which, you guessed it, isn't covered by insurance. When I replied I just wanted a basic cleaning, Aliesha left me in the exam chair for 20+ minutes. Upon return, she appeared frazzled, looked at her watch, and told me she could do "debridement." She rushed through the cleaning and scraped so hard I had to ask her to stop twice. My eyes were tearing. At the end, she told me she wouldn't polish my teeth for lack of time. A month later, I received an Explanation of Benefits from my insurance reflecting charges in the amount of several hundred dollars. I reached out to Russell Modern Dentistry via email for an explanation. No response. I sent follow-up email a week later. No response. It's now been 16 days and still no response. I've never been concerned my dental office would do more harm than good. Save yourself the heartache and go somewhere else. Anywhere else.

Which, I'd been nervous about after I mistakenly went to a 'holistic' dentist for that, which cost so much, and took very long to redo. I had to go to a perio specialist, then to put my zirconia implant crown on, Dr Edwards did a whole procedure to do that perfectly. And I'm very grateful to him that I can now chew normally and not worry about it anymore. Being born without an adult tooth is no picnic, but luckily there are pros like Dr E to help us out with these things in life.

I also have a super low pain tolerance so I usually need extra numbing before I'm good to go, and Dr. Hunter was really cool about stopping to adjust when needed - that being said, the numbing needle is no joke, so don't slack on flossing!
