I also went for one of their in-store treatments (only £12.5) and the result is my split ends are gone and my hair feels great. I'm also very happy with my new haircut (which is very unusual). I called the Guildford store and head office to get a refund or compensation so I could go to a better hair salon to get it fixed but that was a month ago and no reply. 0/10 never go there again.
