Took a concert poster there to be framed, but end result wasn't what I expected. The poster has been either glued or taped with an adhesive to a board and is mounted giving a 3D pop-out effect, so therefore the print is ruined as this cannot be reversed. The overall effect is cheap and tacky. I did request museum glass which I assumed I would get, but museum glass is not reflective and the glass I got is super reflective. It's almost a mirror. Yep, as you could imagine this place gets 1 star for not delivering what I asked for and ruining a print that is worth hundreds of dollars. read more

Framing stores are not a place we visit with any great consistency - it is normally a relationship borne post receiving or buying a print or artwork. Not all of them are equal - you have to shop around. After searching and testing the waters with a couple of competitors, I found Magic Picture Framing (MPF) to be not only knowledgeable but flexible - they have the ability to use fresh timber for some extremely valuable parchments i have from overseas but also have recommended some nice framing using other materials which were not only spot on from a design perspective , but also quite reasonable from a cost perspective. If you are looking for great prints, this is the place to come - i found some amazing bally prints as well as 'my fav', Audrey Hepburn! One of the cheaper places to get your frames done. These guys have a mountain of mail order jobs sitting in store so you can check quality before you buy. These guys are flexible with their prices too, so don't accept their first offer! After closely inspecting the framing done, I was pleased with the quality of workmanship. read more

WORST FRAMING DO NOT GO HERE. Very upset after spending a long time on my painting to come back to my picture framed with the edges cut right off including my signature. I feel that the framed was measure incorrectly. Also was framed with glass which I had not asked for as they are textured oil painting. Opened the painting to see how far it was cut and he had cut right to the painting with very blunt scissors as the painting is now frayed and damaged. I'm extremely upset with the service as when I tried to ring to let him know the issues he shouted at me and said it was my fault. He hurried this and was rude right through to the end of the phone call :( never again. Money wasn't an issue it's my work I'm so upset about. read more

He does reasonable job but often delayed for delivery. He made me come back 2 times in one day and it happened few time. Once he made frame too big but told me to check with my customer first. Very bad communication and often late for delivery. No more waiting time and never come back again. read more

I had an original drawing framed by Magic Picture framing for my sister and I would never go again. They told me on the day of pick up that they had run out of my chosen frame so I had to go in and choose another style. They also stack all the artwork together and my drawing had a dent down the middle once framed. Do not get any original art framed here, I was very unhappy with the workmanship, go somewhere reputable. read more
