Taking a 2 hour lunch and making a 30 minute drive on a rainy day, I decided to pay for the most premium car wash experience called the "Ultimate Wash". Again, it was a rainy day, so all that was needed was the vacuum inside the car. Following the wash (with a tip) I raced back to work after the long lunch and drive back to the office. At the end of the day, I noticed the back of my car had not been touched. Hair all over the place. When I called, the owner did not even get on the phone with me, and did not offer any discount or refund. I will never go back, nor will I ever recommend.

Really appreciate the free vacuums that are on both sides of the car, making it really easy to clean every nook and cranny. The wash went very fast and the employee at the front of the line was very helpful and efficient. The car looks mostly in tip top shape after the wash and wax, but there's still small traces of dirt and debris on the outside. Would have loved to see all of that gone for how expensive it was, but then again, I worked at a car wash decades ago and you really can't get a car fully clean without an actual human doing it. So this place is good for what it is, just next time I'll skip the expensive wash and just do the middle of the road one for $12.

People who cant afford a car wash go to these places so they can do it themselves for cheaper. Theres no way to know how much time you get until you pay the $5 for a mere 4 minutes. Theres no type of menu informing you what youre paying for. Nothing. That only gives you enough time to get the soap on the car and scrubbed in. They know nobody can wash their entire car in 4 minutes. And at an attempt to get more time I put in a few more quarters. 10 extra seconds per fucking quarter. Your only 2 options are to drive away with a soapy car or pay 10 dollars for a chance to even dry the car. This is so exploitative and manipulative. To go after the people who cant afford an autonomous carwash is predatory at best. Im leaving this place with a wet car and 10 dollars in the gutter. Not to mention the equipment was faulty as fuck.
