I reserved a photo booth rental almost 3 months before our wedding and paid in full, and two days before the event when calling to confirm they told us too bad, they don't have us down and they are booked already with other events and there's nothing they can do. Horrible customer service, not even apologetic at all. Weddings are stressful enough without dealing with shady vendors like this business. Lucky for us, a wonderful photo booth company called All Occasion Photobooth swooped in and saved the day, even when they had planned to go on a trip out of state. The day before our wedding they took care of it all, showed up, and gave our guests a fun photo booth experience.
