It's incredibly frustrating to be ignored repeatedly, especially when I'm trying to get help with an issue they can only resolve. I expected at least some level of communication, but they've shown no interest in addressing my concerns. This lack of responsiveness is unacceptable and shows a complete disregard for customers. I would not recommend Schwartz And McClure to anyone looking for reliable service or support.

I was not advised to have the support I was granted automatically taken from his check or bank account, leaving me owed thousands in back support and costly attorney fees to go after the money owed when he did not pay as ordered. I was not advised that a credit card listed in the divorce in my name (although listing him as responsible) would fall on me if it went unpaid because it was not a federal loan. This ruined my credit for years when he stopped paying the credit card. I went to her for help and she was uninterested and largely unresponsive. I am currently in the process of having the divorce re-done at an additional cost in the thousands and in the process of retrieving the thousands I am owed in back support. The filing she submitted left multiple loop holes and little recourse. I would strongly recommend against hiring her to represent anyone in a divorce or child custody proceeding.
