So where do I even begin?? While visiting hubby wanted to check this place out , the wings & the fact the place is "famous". We stopped by early since they say the later the more crowded the place gets & I can see why, it is not very big inside. Drinks, I had Tito's & seltzer , hubby had gin & ginger ale , our drinks for the night crazy expensive but lord all mighty are they strong! On the food we got some wings the Garlic parm, were decent in flavor & Louwill lemon pepper BBQ , which I guess are supposed to be the best ones? Ahh not bad but can't say they were amazing but man they were small not a fan of tiny wings... both come with fries not bad. As for the place it started slow few girls here & there, once the acrobatics came it was like whoaaa talk about putting on a show! Absolutely horrible rip off. Valet is $60-$100 dollars depending on which row they park your car on. It's $40 to enter the club. The cheapest bottle is $250. You have to buy a bottle get a table on the floor and you have to buy two bottles to get a table a little off the floor. During the 96.1 Beats Jingle Ball event, they announced the after-party would be at Magic City. I told my guy friend about it, and he said he'd meet me there. I was excited because I've been hearing about this spot and been wanting to visit. So I got there before him and didn't want to pay the cover if he didn't show up, so I told the woman at the door that I just wanted to order food. She advised me that I could order food but would need to come right back out. I agreed. After placing my food order, two of the dancers approached me, complimenting me, and somehow I ended up buying a drink for myself and one of them. While this was happening, the door attendant approached me and said I needed to leave out. I said OK--I tried to explain that I was waiting on my receipt, but she cut me off, threw her hand up, and brought over the security guard. I explained to him as well that there was a line, and I couldn't just cut in front of people to get my receipt. Instead of listening, he grabbed me, snatched my drink out of my hand, and threw it away. I was in complete shock because I hadn't done anything wrong. Outside the club, I was understandably upset and told him I had just spent money inside, and now I couldn't get my food. He told me to call the club's phone number, but no one answered despite me calling several times while I was still there. Left with no other option, I called the police because the way he treated me was beyond disrespectful, and he violated me. When the police arrived, I explained my side, and they spoke with the security guard. However, because I couldn't provide a receipt for my order at that moment, the officers told me I had to leave. To make matters worse, the security guard lied and said I hit him. Since I had paid with my Apple Card, my transaction didn't show up immediately, so I couldn't prove my purchase right away. The next day, I called the club again, trying to reach someone in charge. The chef, Blanca, was very helpful and understanding. She apologized for how I was treated and recommended I call back at night to speak to the night manager. Unfortunately, I couldn't get through to anyone. Now I'm frustrated, I decided to go back to the club in the early evening to sort this out since I had spent over $80. I finally reached the same person I spoke to before, and she came out, she heard me out, and offered to make the food. However, it would take 30 minutes. I waited patiently, but after more than 30 minutes, they brought out three plates of food that were room temperature. The fries were stale, the wings were stale, overly salty and poorly seasoned, the only thing remotely fresh was the onion rings. And if you've ever been to this club, you know how small it is--the kitchen is literally right next to the bar. For an establishment that's so hyped up, they completely failed to deliver. It's disappointing that such a cramped, overcrowded space can't even provide decent service or quality food. My entire experience was terrible, and this place seriously needs to be investigated. But here are the key things I think you should know before you go: Parking is $20 cash and you can choose to valet or park yourself Signing up for free entry online is bogus, expect to pay another $20 cash per person to get in. Only cash is accepted in the lobby. The bar and the kitchen are 2 separate tabs and you need to stand on line and order at the kitchen window before you get your drinks. The food will take ....forever. In my case it was an hour. Enjoy the entertainment while you wait. We received Teriyaki Salmon, yellow rice, spinach, lemon pepper wings, and fries. $39, everything was good except the spinach. All meat will be cooked well done.There is no medium, no pink center. So I just want to go ahead and stick to the food. Because I know because of this type of establishment, I could have a lot to say about a lot of other things but I want to stick with just the food lol. So I was just feeling like some wings so that was the reason that I showed up at their doorstep. They've been known to have top five best wings in the city, but that's two each his own opinion or perspective. When you come in, be aware that you have to pay So park and pay to get in. You're dropping 60 to $80 on a night, even before you actually go in to see any dancing at all! But that's just the way the strip club game works so it should not be brand new to you if this is not your first time. But for all those who are not privy to that, keep that in mind. So I got the signature wings. You'll pay around $20 or so, which is a little high, but at the same time, you do get a ton of wings. You get maybe about 15 or so wings so it's not that bad. Now I will warn you that the downside of this is the fact that the wings are somewhat small. So don't expect big and juicy whole wings or even big and juicy wing dings. They are smaller so you have to factor that in. But just because they lack when it comes to size, they do not lack when it comes to flavor. The signature wings is like a barbecue sauce mixed with a lemon pepper kind of situation. And it's actually really good! I would definitely get it again if possible, but I would rather probably try the regular lemon pepper before that. But it gives just amount of sweet that you want with the amount of savory and tangy that you want as well. The french fries were seasoned but they're nothing special because they were kind of soggy. I don't know if it's because they sat in the box or not, but steam definitely doesn't help fried foods. The onion rings were the exact opposite, they were a little bit too crispy. You got about eight of them, which is about right I guess. But you definitely don't want to cut your mouth with those onion rings lol. I was expecting some P Valley stunts, but this place was underwhelming. Girls were chillin' and doing hookah, the rest were just walking around and dancing on anyone who had stacks. Barely anyone had pole skills and it wasn't until near closing time when two girls did a swinging move from the ceiling poles. The free sign up email did not work, they didn't even honor the half off Fridays like the email says. So it was $60 per person for cover (robbery!) Staff be hustlin' you too. We exchanged for singles at the bar and we counted and found out we were short about $8. My friend asked the bartender and the bartender blamed it on the people we came with, like we would steal from our own friend?! Then the bartender proceeds to say that they take out $5 for an exchange fee. But nowhere in the club, did they disclose that. Also, I ordered 4 cocktails and it was a total of $100, I tipped $5. Next time we were at the bar ordering drinks, the same bartender had some attitude saying "I ain't working for no $5". Like B**** this is your job, my service tip is to my discretion. Then when I was explaining to my homegirl what was happening, the bartender gave me the side eye like what you sayin' about me? Another incident was a security guard asking for $100 for us to stand by the stage to throw money at the girls. While we were standing by the stage throwing money at no cost already. One girl didn't even wanna dance, would make the bathroom her excuse to leave. This whole place is a scam. The price, the service, and the entertainment do not live up to its hype. My friends and I came here and had a good time. The parking lot is huge but the venue seems small. $40 to get in when we got there. Security made sure no weapons were brought in. You have to order a bottle to get a seat. We paid $325 for a 1L bottle of Apple Crown and got cups and ice and juice. The wings are great.
