Purchased some Disney shirts to wear to the parks and we were happy with our purchases without breaking the bank. They also sold Florida souvenirs here. There were many souvenir shops in Kissimmee and the merchandise were starting to look the same as we meandered from one store to another. Even their local WalMart stores had a few aisles dedicated to everything Disney! The store is huge and well stocked. The employee/owner was helpful and friendly. The clothing were nicely hung in their hangers or folded on display shelves and merchandise looked neatly stacked and placed in racks inside the store. They have every souvenir you can think of... mugs, hats, ponchos (for those random Florida thunderstorms), candy, sunglasses, keychains, snow globes, lots of knick knacks, etc. It was fun looking around but we just stuck to the shirts as we already had enough "stuff" at home and didn't need to add to the clutter. BUYERS BEWARE - SCAMMER…read more We visited the shop as we stayed around the area on vacation. Based on Yelp review, we chose this store out of many others. The store has decent amount of souvenirs and we enjoyed our shopping. The cashier, an older gentleman was friendly during our check out transaction and was chatting with us, and after completing the transaction, gave us a coupon for future visit and 2 free pens. We walked out of the store thinking nothing of it and headed to our next destination. Upon returning home, we then realized we were over charged by 3 extra shirts that ended up costing us additional $30+ that we did NOT purchase. Looking at the receipt later, the man scanned three different shirts an additional time in between other items we purchased. In addition, the man has the computer screen in front him where he can see the exact items scanned. Thus, it's not an accident where the 3 items were repeatedly scanned. This was an attempt to disguise the extra items from showing up repeatedly on the receipt if you don't pay close attention up front. The friendly chatter, the coupons and free pens are an attempt at distracting the customer as they know not many tourists would and can go back to request a refund. Further, we realized the receipt printed "No Refund", and this was no where posted in the store, nor mentioned during check out. Even if we do go back and confront the employee, there is no refund nor anyway to prove this dishonest practice. This is disappointing for a shop that has good reviews on here. Buyers beware, confirm each of your transactions BEFORE payment if you choose to shop at this location.

The next morning on our way to Harry Potter Land the wand broke apart again, just being held onto! We went back to the store and the manager was very rude and told us the wand was a souvenir and not for kids to touch that we could not exchange it. After a lot of back and forth with my child standing there crying in her Harry Potter outfit he eventually allowed us to exchange the wand. Terrible customer service, very rude, selling junk.

Given its proximity to Disneyworld, the Wizard Gift Shop sells many Disney shirts, backpacks, hoodies, pins, magnets and other souvenirs at half the price of the Disney stores! As I was visiting Orlando during NYE, I was able to find affordable and equally stylish shirts with " Disneyworld 2025". They also often have discounts, such as buy two shirts for $25 or $28, and have new arrivals at least monthly! Will definitely be back next time I'm going to Disneyworld!

Store very well staffed, stocked and very clean like pretty much any on site Disney gift shop. The store had pretty good stick and options. My family and I stayed at the music all star resort in a recent stay for our daughters cheer competition. They were one of the partnering Disney resorts and this was were we was chosen to stay when booking for a Disney resort partnered with the varsity competition. That said we hit this shop up a few times. A couple times for some of the Odds and ends to barley weather elements like sunscreen and baby powder. The rest to grab some keepsakes and souvenirs. Overall it's a nice shop and the workers were kind. Yes it is overpriced and very expensive. But it's Disney. You expect that. The prices were on par with all other on site Disney stores. So it was cool to have one on a resort that gave us longer, more intimate and less crowded access.
