We are not particularly fans of "magic" but it turns out the experience was much more than simply magic. To put it mildly, Kozy was a total kick in the A**!!! He's smart, witty and funny, all the while maintaining an intimate "living room" feel. By the way, he's also an incredible magician. We are looking forward to bringing our friends and family when they visit. While we love living here, there are not many high quality entertainment opportunities of this caliber. I stopped by an open class to practice certain moves that I had already previously learned that I wanted to find tune. Patrick was super friendly and helpful. The studio was super easy to find. It was really hot which I wasn't used to other studios. I've been to well ventilated places so I found that challenging. I got into the swing of things easily, I took more breaks to make sure I didn't get hot or lightheaded. When I visit Hawaii again I'll be sure to check the studio out. I would love to check out one of their lyra classes and get to know the instructors a little bit more. They also had some shirts and other merch available for purchase which I got one and it looks super cute!

When we got there, the lady at check-in insisted she had "never heard of that time" and basically brushed us off. I showed her the email on my phone, but it didn't matter. We ended up standing in a long line with dozens of other frustrated guests who had the exact same complaint. The gates finally opened at 5:00 PM. We received our flower leis and then waited another full hour before anything else happened. Kids were tired and restless, and the whole experience felt chaotic and poorly managed from the start. This was supposed to be a special family outing in Hawaii, but the disorganization ruined it. Absolutely unacceptable for the price and hype. I will never return here and cannot recommend it to anyone. Save your money and choose a better-run luau.
