The photos came out fantastic and was delivered to me via email about half an hour after I completed my visit. I was able to do one outfit change which meant two outfits total which was great! Highly suggest calling before you visit just so you can try to secure a parking spot as it the plaza is compacted. Great work!

I would give zero stars but can't. This guy said he could do wedding invites and match the font to…read morea particular one I showed him. He gave us a good price, we came back a week later to place the order and give him a deposit. He wasn't there but a young lady took the order accepted the deposit and told me to txt all the info along with the sample I had. I sent it to the number they gave me which is Juan's. An hour goes by then two and I didn't even get a reply. I sent another message asking to confirm receipt of my info. He said "yes I received it, we'll start working on them". I gave him a few days... nothing. I texted him to see if the proofs were ready.... Or to give me an ETA on proofs, Nothing. Mind you he told me this would take days... not weeks. Finally he responds and send me some BS! Does not look anything like what I wanted. I sent him other fonts I would be ok with. Sends me some other fonts, that I again do not like. This is already a week and a half after this should have been done and he was barely sending proofs aaaand he had no accents on the wording or anything (written in Spanish) when I literally wrote out all the info the way I wanted it! He takes forever to reply! I then asked if I bought the template if he could print them out a lower cost and have them ready by Friday. I was texting him on a Wednesday. He said yes and went down 30$ I said I'm doing all the work! And he didn't reply! The next day I'm freaking out I have no invites and I have one day left before my deadline to get them out! After all this BS and his voicemail is full! I didn't want to risk not getting my invites! So I ended up going to FEDEX! Way cheaper done in minutes because I had the template and picked up the next day! Awful service completely unprofessional. 0 stars! Don't waste your time or money! Go anywhere else but here. He did refund my money but stressed me the F**** out!

Neither of us are particularly comfortable in front of the camera. After interviewing 5 different photographers, we knew from our first conversation that James was the one. He is incredibly friendly, easy going, and knowledgeable. We agreed to do an engagement session, 1 location for 90mins to see if we'd be comfortable working with James. It couldn't have gone better. Initially, we were a bit stiff, but James gave us tips on how to act naturally, suggested poses and hand positions that made us feel and look relaxed. The time flew by and we actually ended up going to a second location with a wardrobe change. Overall, it was about 2 hours. James did not mind at all. In fact, he probably could've gone longer if the sun hadn't set on us! Our photos were edited and received in less than 2 weeks! James was kind enough to print a large poster and sign that shipped to our house in just a few days. He price matched any package/prints from other photographers. Having gone through our engagement session seamlessly, we hired James to shoot our wedding as well. He and an assistant were on site for 10 hours, tending to our every need and keeping us on our timeline. After our planned family/wedding party photos, we hardly even noticed them working as we proceeded with wedding events. After the wedding, we received many compliments on how great James was and several guests asked for his contact information. Within a couple of days, we received a preview of about 20 photos highlighting our big day. We were thrilled! Every important moment was captured so elegantly! The full magazine of photos was available for download in about 1 month. James then worked with us to print a high quality photo book for our coffee table.
