There were 3 cars in the parking lot, and I waited 10 minutes before I could go in. The service person said that it was so they could provide a more personalized experience. Long story short, I was sold the same strain in two different qualities, and they automatically added a tip without my consent or knowledge onto the bill. The flower product was horrible and still too wet to smoke. I hadn't been there for a while and thought that I would give it another try. My mistake. Well, I saw so many negative reviews of this place, I just had to write. Most of the negative reviews were quite old and Kyle B (I assume new owner) runs a great place in my opinion. Sure, you have to have your ID scanned and wait in the room for someone to get you, but no big deal. I have been 3 times thus far buying gummies for sleep aids and every person I have talked to has been super knowledgable (which I wasn't) and friendly. Very non-judgmental when you demonstrate what a moron you are about THC. When I was in high school in the '70s, weed was weed, but now, there are 1000 types, strengths, strains, uses, etc and the people at Maggie's Farm have been well trained. I won't go anywhere else. Matthew is so incredibly rude. We live 4 blocks away and will never be back. The last SEVERAL times that We've placed concentrate orders, We've arrived only to find they're out of what we've ordered. Today we called after placing our order before driving there to find out they're out yet again of what we ordered. Walked into Maggie's Farm Manitou Springs, Co tonight and was refused service because Maggie's Farm policy is quote...'Maggies's Farm is STATE ID CARDS ONLY.' Since when I asked, Jay said he did not know that's how he was trained. I said, IF SO, why did MF Pueblo sell to me in August 2025 with my Federal Retired Military ID card. Wasted my time. fuel, vehicle to go to Maggie's as it is, or should I say was, one of my favorite dispensaries to visit. I also wonder just how much money Maggie's Farm is losing with state ID card only policy, as I am sure I am not the only one that's been refused service. Refused service, cool. Music was low to non-existent, the people were all very warm & friendly & it wasn't busy so the wait time was only around 5 minutes! Given the comment one employee made I believe they looked at my previous comments & took them to heart; as my experience was like night & day! The individual who helped me was knowledgeable, professional, articulate & quick, he knew what to do & did it without assistance & I left satisfied with both the service & my purchase. Closest recreational dispo to COS. Their bud is marketed as organic but is kinda mid compared to some bud in Denver. Certainly more expensive than bud up in Denver. My husband and I were visiting Colorado Springs for the night and stumbled upon Maggie's in search of a recreational dispensary. I ordered online ahead of time because of the mixed reviews. Within 10 minutes of placing my online order, I received a text saying it was ready for pickup. When I arrived at the store (5pm on a Saturday) there was only one person ahead of me in line. I was greeted by friendly staff, multiple of whom told me to have a great weekend. I had a great conversation with the bud tender who checked me out and my total was somehow $5 cheaper than the online estimate. Based on my experience, the staff deserve more than 5 stars. I received better service than half of the dispensaries I have visited in Denver. Everything was simple and flawless, from the online portal to picking up and paying. The person who helped me was very kind and understanding that she had the right rule but because I had been told the wrong thing it was frustrating. I ordered ahead online after checking the reviews on here. There was a line, but it went -really- fast. Everyone wore masks and a guy came by to scan your ID. Once at the door you're brought inside and given your order, then shown where to check out. The cashier Danielle was so sweet and awesome. A few people showed up without ordering ahead and I noticed a group outside answering questions about product and such. Overall it was a very quick, nice experience! Terrible weed, terrible customer service, even worse process. My husband and I went to the Springs for the weekend, we live in Centennial. We were in rush so I didn't stop at my fav dispensary and figured I could pick up some cannabis out there. Nope. The Springs is med only. Maggie's Farm is expensive. The process is awful. You place and order on an iPad. You don't see anything other than just pics that aren't accurate, I'll explain later. If you don't have an account you have to set up an account to get in the queue to buy your cannabis AFTER placing your order. Super messy, super confusing, and super unsafe. No real security. To make matters worse is the terribly noticeable high employees. They don't really explain the process to you and just kinda zone out and point at iPads. I had a black gentlemen in a wizard hat attempt to help me. I don't think Harry Potter knew where he was but when he told me to create an account so I could be added to the queue to buy, he didn't add me. I waited 14 mins and had to ask another employee what was going on as several people who came in after me, had already ordered, bought, and left. The bud tender I got was legit. I thought I ordered an all in one vape because that what was pictured when I ordered it but it wasn't, it was just a cart. I had zero intentions of tipping but that dude saved me so I tipped him. The pictures for ordering are whack. So if that process is to make it easier, it isn't. I can't imagine how many people walk out not knowing they have the wrong ish. Maybe that's what they want though...which is hella ugly and dishonest. I wanted to like this place because I love the shout out to Dylan and I pass by it on my way to Texas when I go back to visit but this is the WORST dispensary ever.
